Great quality and service
Very happy with our recent delivery of a lovely solid and stylish oak lamp, coffee table and tv unit. Very quick, friendly and efficient service and all at a very good price.Also very well wrapped up to ensure no breakage.

Good service from start to finish
I saved about £130 buying my chest of drawers from these than buying from my local store. Delivery was about 5/6 weeks but when delivery came the guys were polite and even called me 30 mins before they landed so I could pop home from work to let them in. Great job will definately use again in the future.

We are very pleased with the service, quality of products and value for money.
We found the staff very friendly when we phoned prior to ordering; they provided good advice without being pushy. The goods arrived in the timeframe advised and the actual delivery date and time were also as advised. The only problem we had was that the delivery lads would not/could not help to put the dresser top on top of the sideboard. It was too heavy for us to do ourselves (husband and wife) so we had to obtain some outside assistance. But we are delighted with the products purchased (dresser, separate small sideboard and lamp table). They were as we had hoped both in terms of colour of oak and of quality.

Great Products and Efficient Service - disappointing delivery!!
Furniture Plus Online
Having done my research both in stores and online, Furniture Plus Online offered the best deal for the products I was interested in. I ordered the furniture using the easy to navigate website and took advantage of the 12 months interest free credit which again was easy to arrange and navigate, the communication was great throughout and the agreed time until delivery suited me perfectly. The furniture which was packed incredibly well, arrived in mint condition. The only negative I have is the inconsiderate delivery guys as they didn't care about scraping past walls or marking carpets and floors, this has resulted in me having to redecorate other areas of my home earlier than I was planning to. I am incredibly pleased with the products and would certainly use Furniture Plus Online again but would have them deliver to the garage only.

Brilliant delivery, and great prices
This is the second time we've bought furniture from Furniture Plus Online. Both times an easy buy, good prices, and kept informed throughout. Delivery was available sooner than we expected too.
Kept informed by email, and contacted by a real person on the phone the day before delivery, and also half an hour before to check we were available. The delivery team were very professional and careful.
Would recommend to anyone.

Very helpful at every point in the transaction
We had been casting about on t'internet looking for some items of Sherwood furniture to match some dining furniture we had bought at a shop in York who did not seem interested in aquiring any additional items for us. We spoke to Furnitureplus on the phone and subsequenly placed our order on line. At all times they were courteous and helpful even when we decided to cancel the one outstanding item due simply to our deciding that our room would be overcrowded with an additional lamp table. Our crwdit card a/c was re-imbursed immediately (well, within 10mins anyway!). We wholeheartedly reccomend Furnitureplus Online to everyone and we shall certainly buy from them again.

Lovely products, great prices
The products were just what we were looking for and the prices were good. There was a delay with delivery although this was made very clear at the point of ordering. The items were delivered within the timescales stated so can't ask for more really. The only thing stopping me rating 5 stars was that delivery drivers failed to call 30 minutes or so before delivery which I was advised they would do. They only rang when there was no-one home to take the delivery & I had to rush back from work. Get this right & it would be 5 stars every time!

Brilliant, well made furniture - shame about the delivery company who were very poor!
Extremely pleased with the furniture we ordered and made to a very high standard including wardrobes, chest of draws and bed side tables and for a very good price. Unfortunately the delivery company were rude, lazy and informed us we had only paid for the ‘bronze service’ therefore would not place the furniture within the requested bedrooms, although the furniture website said delivery to any room you require.

It was perfect.
It was exactly as described. Delivered on the day with a call before hand so I had time to get home and they were just what I expected. Could not have been easier. Even the delivery men were polite and funny.

Excellent service, lovely furniture
I was in two minds whether to purchase furniture 'unseen' on the net. I figured that I could recycle it if it wasn't up to my standards. I needn't have worried as the furniture is good quality and fits perfectly in the spaces allocated. I can't fault the delivery either....being contacted by the driver both the day before delivery, and on the day, giving me 30-60 minutes warning they were nearby. The items were very very well packed and had no marks on them. I have no hesitation in recommending this company....in fact, we may come back next year when we have saved enough to replace our bedroom furniture

I bought 3 pieces of furniture, one piece was very large. They were all delivered to the door and into the house very quickly; they came well packed. I shall be buying more from furniture plus online as they also had the best price.

Fantastic Furniture
Bought TV Cabinet, nest of tables and hall table. All arrived in first class condition. I happen to be on the Wirral and went to their showroom. Staff were very helpful and my friend ended up buying bedroom furniture there. I would recommend this company to all.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!
I ordered three items of furniture from this company before Christmas 2012. It was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas and when the products were recieved both myself and husband were extremely pleased with the quality of the of the items. The delivery men were extremely helpful and delivered all the items including an extremely heavy oak dining table, along with a small dresser, up our steep pathway and into the house. The assembly of the furniture was very staightforward and easy and when assembled the finished items certainly did not dissappoint. All the furniture is abslolutely stunning, very robust, beautifully made and I will definately be purchasing more from this company very soon.

'FurniturePlus' - plus Quality, plus Value and plus Customer Service.
Having returned nearly £2000 worth of furniture to 'Oak Furnitureland' (as advertised on TV), I began my search again for a supplier and I was so fortunate to find 'Furniture Plus Online'. I visited their showroom, returned home to check measurements and they rang me twice, as arranged. I placed my order and they contacted me again to confirm every item was solid oak, no veneers. It was all in stock and they would be able to deliver within two weeks, crucially before Christmas!!
The whole order arrived spot on time as arranged and every piece was immaculate!
I was so pleased and so relieved I left a thank you message on their answerphone over Christmas and when they returned to work they contacted me again giving me further advice on polish and care of my furniture.
This company was EXCELLENT and made my Christmas, for which I will always be grateful!!

Awesome Company With Great Customer Service
An absolute pleasure to deal with!
Between June 2011 and April 2012 I purchased over £4500 worth of solid oak furniture from 'Furniture Plus' (over four orders) and on each occasion I can only say it was a pleasure dealing with these guys.
Easily the best prices online and on the rare occasions they were dearer for a particular piece, they price matched without any problem.
Any questions l had were answered courteously and promptly, within an hour on most occasions, during working hours and even when there were problems, which were outside of their control, ‘Furniture Plus’rectified things very quickly.
Deliveries were mostly well within the estimated delivery times and when there was a delay, they kept me informed.
The delivery guys were also very polite and professional too.
All in all, an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic
Had previously ordered this furniture from a store and was waiting for it to come into stock. Being informed we wouldn't get it till Christmas, had a look online and came across Furniture Plus. Not only was the furniture cheaper, but also there were no delivery costs saving me £200. The day after ordering online I received confirmation that a delivery company would contact me. The day after that the delivery company called me and it was delivered within the week. Absolutely fantastic, will definitely be buying more furniture from them in the future. Lovely quality furniture too.

Excellent Service!
Very fast delivery, good prices and excellent service....what more could you ask for. Furniture was delivered exactly where I wanted it......and the house is up 53 steps!! Good quality goods, well packaged. No hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely deal with again.

Great furniture slightly rubbish delivery service
The furniture is great quality, really nice solid wood and good detailing. Only problem is with delivery service. Last time they turned up at the wrong time, delivered it to the wrong flat and stuck a note through our door saying 'sorry we missed you' despite the fact we were in at the time. Other than that very good.

Exceeded expectations
Very friendly service.
I am very fussy about the standard of furniture. The oak was made to a very high standard.
My only complaint was the delivery company. They had no flexibility in the delivery days. After trying to arrange a slot for a month, I had to take annual leave as they would only deliver on monday afternoons!

EASYPEASY!!
We ordered five items from the Opus Oak range. We had done our research, seen a lot of very clunky looking oak furniture offered by other suppliers, and opted for Furniture Plus on the strength of a) their website, b) the customer feedback reviews, c) the satisfaction assured & no strings money back guarantee, d) the very competitive prices, e) the 10% deposit, balance to be paid on shipment option.
Our furniture came within 14 days, very well protected within its boxes, was blemish free when it was unpacked and met all our expectations. There was a problem with one item in that the holes which had been predrilled in the door of the hifi cabinet were slightly out of true, meaning that the handle could not be fitted. A short eMail to the sales office was answered within the hour by a phonecall and an arrangement made for the cabinet to be collected & replaced with another. The replacement was delivered within 7 days and the handle fitted perfectly.
We are as pleased as Punch with our new Opus furniture which takes pride of place in our newly decorated lounge and we have no reservations at all in recommending Furniture Plus to anyone who is looking for new furniture & perhaps worried about buying it via the Internet.
