Above and beyond the call of duty
I find Fuss3 to be friendly and very helpful. Having purchased a Xerox printer a few years ago from them, and always buying consumables from them, I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 and as a result the printer would not print in colour. I have spent hours on the phone with Xerox and downloaded every upgrade possible - all failed. In desperation I spoke to Fuss3, who to be fair had no responsibility at this stage, but Dave, spent time with me and tried to sort out the issue, at first we failed but he persisted and now I can print in colour again, thank you so much, I cannot thank them enough. 10/10.

Quick Ordering, bad delivery company
I ordered via phone late in the afternoon, the gentleman was very helpful and friendly and my order was placed and sent out to me within an hour. I phoned in time for the next day delivery service.
They use DPD couriers who deliver around us about 3.30pm, we didn't received the package the next day as the courier service carded an incorrect address. They have delivered to our next door neighbors everyday for the last 8 weeks that we have been in the property. we didn't received the package until the following day. we needed the cartridges quite urgently and didn't receive them in the time agreed.
Good company for cartridges, Bad delivery company!!!!

New Drum Unit

It was really easy to find the right toner for our printer and ordering was very straight forward. OUTSTANDING AND CONTINUOUS SUPPORT
My printer became unuseable due to a bad batch of toner material. Fuss3 went out of their way to help me to get a new printer free of charge. Then when I found that through no fault of Fuss3 that replacement printer was unuseable, they got me another free printer within 24 hours plus a complete new set of inks and an extra set on top of that. They kept emailing me and calling me to ensure that my business recovered sucessfully. A great company with thoughful. proactive and outstandingly helpful staff.

Great Service and Delivery Schedule.

The only criticism that I have would be that you might lok at a wider range of paper / photo paper, as your current range seems a bit limited. Only a friendly comment though :)

Always great service and products
We have been using Fuss 3 Printer Supplies for 2 years, I've never thought to review them. I don't even know where they're based! Professional, friendly and speedy service
The required replacement part for the printer was identified by their experienced engineer, priced and a worst case delivery date agreed within minutes.
The part arrived one week early. They informed me of the delivery prior to arrival which was helpful. The item was as ordered with fitting instructions, though the engineer went through the fitting over the phone when I ordered the part.
I have used Fuss3 several times - buying parts and printers with no problems at all.

Hi, I am glad you are interested in how our first order went with you.
There were two things we were not happy with, whilst ordering it said that we would receive a discount voucher,.... we didnt.
The courier, ....we happened to look out the window and saw him driving away, we looked and saw that he had left a card, we didnt hear him ring the bell, on the card it stated he had left the goods in the next road with another company. We really do not want this to happen! If for some reason he could not raise us, he has our phone number.
If it is the case that this will happen in the future then we can not take the chance and order from you.

Super Retailer

Simlpy the best
After googling for Xerox toners and comparing prices, I came across Fuss3. Maybe I could have found cheaper but they certainly beat the other 20 I looked at. I was a bit put off by the funny name but looked at the reviews and googled for problems with Fuss3.
Placed an order Saturday evening, it was confirmed before 0900 Monday morning AND delivered next day before 0930. And the delivery was free - what more could you ask? I can't comment on problem resolution - there wasn't any problem to resolve.
