Brilliant Service!
I received fantastic service from Fussie. I called to enquire about the boots I wanted and spoke to a friendly helpful person. I hungup and ordered immediately and the boots came the next day and I haven't taken them off since. I've bookmarked Fussie and will definitely be back.

Good fast delivery & communication
The shoes came quickly - were very small - I immediately raised a query through customer services and Ian very quickly contacted me and assured me he'd look into it if I sent them back. Problems happen in business, it's how you respond to them that counts, Fussie have this spot on.

Excellent service, Product and Price
I recently bought a pair of Irregular Choice shoes from Fussie. They were at the best price I could find.. AND with a 10% off voucher, there was no contest. I emailed to ask a question about sizes which was responded to within a few hours. Free Next day deliver meant I had my shoes promptly and the shoes were perfect! I would definately buy from them again!

Shocking service!
Fussie got my order wrong, and didn't even apologise for the mistake. I had to keep phoning (only after many attempts did I get through) to bad service. They tried to make me feel bad for THEIR mistake. In the end I got my shoes, but never using this company again!

I ordered some boots from Fussie, they arrived a couple of days later, but were a bit too small, returned them through my local post office, re-ordered the next size online, they arrived in a couple of days. Quick, easy to use service. Be aware returns are not pre-paid/free post. I'm usually a size 5 (sometimes a 4) but I needed a size 6 in these boots. Would definately recommend and re-use Fussie.
