Fussie Feeling
I came across Fussie by chance and took the risk and ordered from a company that I had never heard of before. I'm glad that I did. They answered my queries promptly and I received my shoes the next working day. Excellent service I will definitely return.

Try them you won't be dissapointed
I bought a pair of shoe's for an xmas present that turned out to be the wrong fitting. I ordered another pair and returned the originals without any fuss whatsoever.
This is the first time i've used Fussie but it won't be the last.

Shocking service!
Fussie got my order wrong, and didn't even apologise for the mistake. I had to keep phoning (only after many attempts did I get through) to bad service. They tried to make me feel bad for THEIR mistake. In the end I got my shoes, but never using this company again!

Boots arrived quickly :) Will use again!
I ordered some boots from Fussie, they arrived a couple of days later, but were a bit too small, returned them through my local post office, re-ordered the next size online, they arrived in a couple of days. Quick, easy to use service. Be aware returns are not pre-paid/free post. I'm usually a size 5 (sometimes a 4) but I needed a size 6 in these boots. Would definately recommend and re-use Fussie.

Fantastic service!
Ordered boots Thursday night and arrived Saturday morning, Xmas eve, no hassles, boots are excellent, and the service second to none. I will certainly be using Fussie again and will be recommending to friends.
