I have never had a similar experience before! Placed an order 11 days ago, the money has been charged to my credit card but the item has not arrived. I sent several e-mails asking what is going on and they don't reply. Wish I have seen this reviews before and will report them to watchdog and sage.
These guys seem to be complete rip off merchants. Ordered an iPanda on December 1st 2010. a month and a half and several emails later nothing! They don't reply to emails, they don't send you your goods. These guys should be locked up and the key thrown away.
STAY AWAY FROM GADGETBUYERS.CO.UK - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
If you have been ripped off by these guys please please please report them to Watchdog. I have posted this is a few places, the more people who contact Watchdog about these guys, the more likely Watchdog will take action.

This company will take your money immediately and then never contact you again, you will get no responses to emails and you will have no goods sent to you. Without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to order from. Avoid at all costs
I ordered from gadgetbuyers.co.uk on 16th December 2010 - order 2696. The money was taken from my credit card immediately but 4 weeks and 4 unanswered e-mails later I have lost hope of ever seing a product. I shall, of course, report the site to trading standards and sagepay (who handle payments) but I consider it a lesson learnt.
The site looks reasonably legitimate on first inspection yet the prices are suspiciously low and there is no company contact address or telephone number. Schoolboy error not to check these things first but in the pre-Christmas rush I must have let my guard down. I'll put it down to experience as I don't expect to see my money again but absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Payment was made for order number: 2575 on 11/12/2010 and I have seen nothing to date nor have I recieved any kind of response to my emails questioning the estimated delivery date. As anybody in business knows customer service is key, no customer service = no customers. After viewing the amount of atrocious reviews of this company I have come to the conclusion that it is a company that consumers should steer clear of and any of its affilated companys for that matter. They are the worst company that I have ever purchased goods from and this matter will be rectifed by 19/01/2011 or I will be initiating legal proceedings. This post is directed at "gadgetbuyers.co.uk" as I am aware that they have been in contact with certain individuals after posting their review.
The worst company I have ever had the unfortunate mis-pleasure to deal with. They took payment immediately and sent a very poor reply to my initial request for update to the order nearly a week later advising that it had been passed to the warehouse for dispatch. I ordered on 7th December and chased this up at the weekend after receiving nothing. On the 12th it was apparently awaiting delivery and I got the same email on the 15th. After responding to both updates to ask what is going on I have had absolutely nothing back from them. I have reported them to sagepay and trading standards.
I placed an order on 16th Dec 2010 and apart from receiveing an order number have heard nothing from the company. They state they use 1st class delivery. All my normal post and other parcels is getting through! They fail to reply to my emails and I have now contacted SagePay to see if they can help.
I would not recomment this or any of the other offshoot companies of Gadget distribution Ltd
Placed order and payment was taken next day, however when i checked my account no orders had been placed, have found it impossible to contact seller due to only contact being email - which are ignored. Ten days have now passed, no confirmation of order, no communication no refund.
Would not recomend ordering from this company at any cost, customer service is non exsistant, trading standards informed. My worst internet order experienced.

Ordered a sound system on 28/10/10, now 17/11/10 and still not received.Have emailed and no response, telephone number is not known and now have to go to my bank to try get the money back.Stay away from this company.
received faulty item which is fair enough, can happen anywhere. after trying various email addresses found on their website and here, i received a response telling me where to send the faulty earphones back to. since then, i have heard nothing. various emails have had no response. have been waiting for a refund from them for almost two weeks...
I made an order on 19/10/10 @ around 3pm. I cancelled it at around 3.30pm using the company's online contact us site. I have since sent several emails using gadgetbuyers.co.uk online contact us site and from my own desktop PC.
On 20/10/10 I contacted Sage Pay who collect gadgetbuyers.co.uk payments on its behalf to ask for asistance. Sage Pay advised that it had 'emailed the registered billing contact of gadgetbuyers.co.uk' on my behalf.
I find it unacceptable that from making the first request to cancel to the current time of writing this review (21/10/10 @10:54am) I have received no response whatsoever from gadgetbuyers.co.uk.
The Terms and Conditions under the right to cancel states "If your order has not been sent you should inform GadgetBuyers.co.uk in writing, ether by post or by using the online contact us form".
By the way I have checked and double checked my Spam and Junk Mail boxes and for additional safeguard added it to my contacts until I can resolve this matter and consign gadgetbuyers.co.uk to the unwanted list.
I have now contacted my bank for assistance and provided it with all the documention I have sent plus that received from Sage Pay and the company's Terms and Conditions.
Mike Reeder is apparently the registered person for gadgetbuyers.co.uk. Mr Reeder what do you have to say?
UPDATE: 21/10/10 @12:21pm Received an email from email@example.com; on behalf of; Gadgets <firstname.lastname@example.org> at 11:07am. The representative was "very sorry" that the order was already sent to me but would see if the delivery could be intercepted and returned to the warehouse.
At 11:15am I received the following from the representative of gadgetbuyers.co.uk:
"I have managed to get hold of Parcel force and ask them to return the parcel rather than deliver it to you. I will refund you in full now
I have been just informed by trustpilot that you left a negative review about us also. I am sorry for the delay but I hope you can see we have resolved the matter for you".
I responded as follows: "Thanks for raising the priority on this matter and auctioning a full refund of my money. I note your request to remove my review but that is like saying something never happened. I aim to tell it as it happens which is then the truth which will speak for itself. I am more than happy to quote you below in the interests of truth, accuracy and fairness. My experience is my experience to assist others, the company needs to improve its communication with its customers to instil confidence in the buying process and to make its complaint site live and provide a telephone contact number when email fails. I hope you find my feedback helpful in making your company more successful than is currently the case".
I am now monitoring my account for the refund of my money.
UPDATE: 23/10/10 I can now happily confirm that true to their word gadgetbuyers.co.uk have refunded my money in full. I feel I can now increase my star rating to two with the matter now fully resolved to my satisfaction.
No sign of goods, ordered 12 days ago, I had sent an email to chase and they unprofessionally sent this:
"hi yes it has been posted this week to:
So no grammar, capital letters, etc. it is as if a friend has replied. No sign despite them saying it has been posted, and I sent a further e-mail. No reply so far.
AVOID - you can get same product for same price on other more reliable websites. Don't make the same mistake I did, I don't think I can complain to my credit card as the product is below £100, but will try
