You were not ignored at all. Unfortunately you did not follow instructions and forward your emails to the correct email address. They were therefore not received by us. As we did not receive any communication from you, payment was issued as normal. We have informed you that we would be happy to return these faulty items to you for free once you refund the payment that we have already made to you. We trust that you will revise your review to offer a more accurate and true reflection of events.

Our request for you to amend your review in light of the fact that you could not follow clear instructions is a fair request, as we are not at fault.

It is disappointing to us that you feel mislead as you ticked a box on the quote page to “confirm that your gadget functions without any faults, does not have a cracked screen or body, dead pixels, water damage, broken, missing or faulty parts and that all features work as intended” yet the iPhone we received had a faulty part being the menu button that did not function correctly. You were also under no obligation to accept our revised offer and we would gladly have returned the faulty iPhone to you at no charge had you declined. We are therefore a little confused as to why you went ahead with the sale when you felt mislead.

In this case we received your item with a crack to the reverse casing and therefore offered you a revised quote for a damaged item. The vast majority of our customers feel that our terms are clear, fair and transparent. They precisely state that we will request that a seller fund the return postage in the following instance: Where an item has visible damage that was not described, such as a cracked screen or casing.

If you did not notice this crack before posting the item or if it perhaps occurred in transit on the way to us, that is unfortunately something that is outside of our control. Please see our other feedback from many happy customers that we delight with our service and perhaps you’ll agree that it is not our strategy to be deceiving or unreasonable. We only expect that sellers are fair and objective toward the trade-in process and that if a gadget is described as undamaged, that we receive it in that state.

The iPod we received from you would not restore and we therefore offered you a revised price for it via email. You were under no obligation to accept the revised offer and we would gladly have returned the item to you at no charge. Instead you accepted the offer via email on 7th November stating "I am happy for the order below to continue to be processed." I am therefore a little confused as to why you did not instead request for the item to be returned rather than happily accept the offer.
