FOUND THE SITE EASY TO CHOOSE MY CORRECT PART.
DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND VERY WELL PACKAGED.
HOWEVER. I DID THINK THAT AS WITH A LOT OF MAIL ORDER ITEMS, THE PART MAY BE AT AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE, BUT P&P PRICES DO NOT REFLECT THE TRUE PRICE OF P&P BUT HELP TO BOOST THE PROFIT WHICH COULD BE LOST BY SELLING THE PART CHEAPLY
I ordered the gas part in the morning and it was delivered the next day.
The courier sent a text and email to give the times ( 1623-1723 hrs ) during which times it would be delivered. It came at about 1624hrs. They are very professional UNLIKE City Link and some others who are hopeless.
The only slight reservation is that some of the confirmations came in another trading name which was initially slightly confusing.
But otherwise very good indeed.
When ordering parts for my boiler I found all the advice given extremely helpful and after I placed my order the parts arrived very promptly
Hi This company is fabulous it certainly does what it says on the tin. The delivery was very quick and efficient and the service by the GAS BOILER PARTS LTD was really good a rare thing nowadays. What a relief. Good web site and easy to follow and when I called I had a friendly chat with chap regarding delivery of new part. Which then arrived when it was expected - which is not always the case with some companies! Fitted and fired up, so thank you guys.
Clients boiler was 30 years old and the pilot would not stay on. It was freezing cold and he had no heating for five weeks. He had no money for a new boiler. All the other plumbers told him that spares were no longer available for Servowarm boilers. I ordered a universal interrupted thermocouple from gasboilerparts.co.uk . It came the next day. The coupling nut into the the gas valve was the wrong thread but I cut a slot in the old one and used that. All is well.
The part was delivered very promptly
It was doddle to fit (not needing a major boiler dismantle, as the Ravenheat manual said. When the boiler was swiched back on it then began to fire up each time on demand perfectly.
Before fitting this part it might go through the ignition motions 3 to 6 times or more, before the main burner would eventually ignite. I had been advised it was the Divertor Valve and then the Circuit Board, but it was this part that solved the fault.

I found the part I was after very quickly with an easy to navigate website. The part came the next day as advertised. The price was competitive as I checked a few other web sites.
Dealing with Gas Boiler Parts was a very good experience as they were very helpful, gave me good advice and information and dispatched the parts I needed very quickly. As I live in Cyprus this was very good as getting parts for anything sent to the island is fraught with problems . I didn't quite understand why the parts could not be sent direct to me as they were small parts and fitted in a jiffy bag for normal airmail.
There are a lot of ex-pats in Cyprus who have central heating boilers (yes the winters are cold) in their homes and also a lot of ex-pat tradesmen who do fitting and repairs. Maybe the company could look into having an agent here who is licenced if necessary, and who could order and deliver parts, This would definitely make them a five star service.
I tried the live chat as I couldn't find the parts I was looking for and unfortunately no-one was available so I sent a message. I got a reply within the hour and, more importantly, I got a helpful answer and action was already taken to enable me to order the part I needed. I ordered the part and then received another e-mail saying my order had been spotted in the system and that I would receive my part the next day. My plumber commented that I 'didn't get it any cheaper then' but I did get it next day rather than his supplier who quoted a 5 day turnaround! I can't fault the service or the part I received. Finding & ordering was straight forward & they kept me informed of progress. Parts arrived quickly & were as ordered & had instructions enclosed. Boiler back in operation within the hour. Well pleased & will use again.
I found the site via a Google search for boiler spares. On the Gas Boiler Parts site I could not be sure that I had correctly identified the part I needed and used their link to email the firm for advice - on a Sunday - and had a very swift positive response with the information I needed. I ordered the same day and the item was delivered within 3 days.
Not yet received the item, so cannot comment on the time scale.
One slight problem which has not occurred before relates to my bank asking for 3 letters/numbers of my secret word when using a credit card.
You may have noticed this as I had to crash out of your site (couldn't go back) in order to use a debit card and then proceed with answering the bank question which, of course worked.
Not sure if it is a problem at my end as neither my wife nor I are aware of any secret word on our credit card account.
I will check with the bank and let you know if it is not our end.
I was pleased to find the part I needed so easily and the purchase was efficient.
The part was despatched via ukmail who have an elaborate website but absolutely no idea of customer service. The website told me that the delivery had been on the van since 0607am but it did not arrive until 1733pm. By that time I thought that deliveries for the day would have finished but was unable to get through to what poses as customer service to have that confirmed.
Ordered it one day and got it the next.
Fair price for delivery, as some were charging almost a tenner.
My order , a flue gasket fitted in a letter , but was exceptionally packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Without being bent. Delivered by fed-ex.
Well, what can I say. If you need anything on their site and need it for when they say you'll get it, go for it. These guys are spot on when it comes to service I found. No promises of "yes it'll definately be in tomorrow" only for the usual excuses the next day when it's not. Everyones a winner.

I Googled the pilot thermocouple part number for my Myson Apollo 15/30B and found it listed (non OEM) at Gas Boiler Parts. I then compared other sites for a better deal. It soon became clear who had the best price. I placed the order online, recieved a confirmation e-mail and order tracking. The part arrived the next day and was promptly fitted with no problems.
