Delivery charge was reasonable
Needed some Atag boiler parts as spares but have been stung before by good pricing but exorbitant delivery charges. The parts we bought were well priced and a delivery charge of only £5 made all the difference to this buying experience. Parts came next day by courier although there was no rush to receive them.

Friendly service & quick delivery
Phoned on a Tuesday, spoke to a friendly knowledgeable chap, ordered part and it was delivered at 8am the next day! Now that's service! Can highly recommend. The next time I need a part they will be the first port of call. Prices were great too!

Easy site to use, decent prices and would have been a superb service if the delivery company had not let them down. However, GBP quick to react and refunded me the speedy delivery fee immediately. Hope they managed to recover it from UKMail

Hassle free online parts ordering with fast reliable delviery
I have found the prices on the boiler spares competitive and they have quite extensive range.
I find it much easier ordering online.
Items are delivered via UK Mail and where I live I am first on their delivery route so I am recieveing my parts at 8am every morning so far.

I ordered an item from the Gas Boiler Parts web site driven mostly by the 'next day delivery' guarantee promise. Unfortunately, 'next day' delivery did not happen due to th courier issues, but their customer support happened to be just perferct: I got my money back for the missing product and even a complimentary replacment product free of charge which was delivered without any delays this time. very much impressed - and thank you again!

Hot service for my wife's shower
Within 24 hours of placing my order for a control unit for a Janus 3 water heater, the part had arrived, I had fixed it and my wife was in the shower. I can't imagine a faster service. The money to pay was taken just as quickly, but that is a pretty fair deal. Thanks Stevenson.

Great service fast delivery of correct parts only let down by extremely poor quality of parts.
I was replacing the control's cover on a Potterton Profile 80e boiler - which had broken up due to age and heat. Supplied part, marketed by Interpart as genuine part looked like it had been manufactured in the dark then assembled (plastic welding) also in the dark! Needed quite a bit a time spent on it just to allow the boiler thermostat enough room to fit - the rest of the bad assembling could only get left to annoy me everytime I see it. If this had been bought locally it would not have got further than the back of my car - shocking, is this Britain at its best - I hope not.

Parts are delivered and well secured. Had problem only for the next day delivery. I'd waited for the whole day for the parcel via UKMAIL and just them to say that my parcel has been DELAYED for a day...urrh annoying ukmail. not on time.

Ordered two parts urgently required, they came the next day.
There is one thing to bear in mind and that is, the next day means the next day, mine came about 7pm. This is a lot better than getting a note though the letter box saying we came but you were not in.
