I have used Gas Boiler Parts on a couple of occasions and both times i have been very happy with the service. If there are any problems with your order they contact straight away to try and resolve the issue.

Excellent and very helpful service
I was extremely pleased with the help and service I received. The part arrived next day. The part I purchased was an absolete part and other companies did not have this in stock or did not want to help me. The sales person even went to look at the part to ensure it was the correct part before I purchased it.
I would recommend this company to anyone else.

good service if your not in a hurry
whilst the searching for a part and ordering were easy the information regarding delivery was less than satisfactory. When you pay for 'next day delivery' on a thursday you do not expect to wait until the following monday !! indeed at the time of writing this review i have not yet taken delivery.
Be aware next day from this company actually means 'next working day' also if your order is placed after 2pm it is not processed until the next 'working' day - would be nice if this company told you that upfront rather than after your order is placed.

The web site was easy to use and very descriptive. I found the part that i required easily and placed the order. It was processed and delivered exactly as they said it would be. All at a very good price too. I don't think they could do any better other than actually fitting the part as well, but i think that's just asking a bit too much. This is the second time i have used them, both times an equally good service. hoorah!

FIRST CLASS PARTS WITH FIRST CLASS SERVICE
This was quicker than me ording from my merchant i ordered ouer the christmas holiday and still got to get my customers boiler working be for new year. my merchant said i would not get them till the 4th / 5th of jan from them. so give it a go there not slow

Very helpful and good prices
The website is good and so are the prices. I had a problem because the part I ordered turned out to be for a different solenoid valve, but this wasn't Gas Boiler Parts fault. When I telephoned, they were very helpful and I was able to order the correct part, return the old one and receive a full refund very efficiently.

Excellent, efficient service
I cannot fault the service I received, I phoned the guy at 5pm on the Monday night, he rang me straight back and by Weds morning I had the part at 7.30am in and working.

Very speedy delivery
