having received adamaged item it was returned but after two days i had received no response as to the replacement. I had to call several times to get an answer and still dont have a delivery day or time.

Sorry that you have not been impressed with our service. I am a little puzzled by what has disappointed you as we have done everything within our power to get this resolved quickly. I have outlined the timeline below...
18/7/11 - Damaged item picked up free of charge by our courier. 19/7/11 - Damaged item received back by us late afternoon and checked by service team. 20/7/11 - Brand new replacement item dispatched on our next day courier service.
When you called you were told all of the details above. You also emailed outside of working hours and then called to ask why you hadn't had a reply 15mins after we opened this morning. We can unfortunately only respond during business hours. Please let us know where we could have improved with this service. It is a shame you have felt the need to leave such a negative review. We hope that you will give us another chance soon.
