Extreemly Dodgy with Account Balances Dropping For No reason
Ordered my Giffgaff simcard put it into my smart phone, purchased £10 top up credit and a £12 goodybag which gave me unlimited internet, unlimited texts, and god knows how many free phonecalls for a month. The first 3 days I checked my account balance, it was still £10 all well and good showing all calls I made were coming from the £12 goodybag add on just as they should. All of a sudden 1st August, balance dropped to £8, I contacted their online help agent who informed me that I dialled a premium number 118300 on 31 July at 10:21 & 43 seconds whilst I was in bed and the phone was downstairs with no other person having access to it, this call cost £2. I did not make the call, I have no idea or interest who is on the other end of 118300, what a con, needless to say once my credit runs out with Giffgaff I will be putting another networks simcard in my phone and they won’t con any more money out of me. I advise you to beware of this network before your pocket gets hit. If I could give them minus 5 stars I would.
