Ordered personalised birthday invites and had to chase after the 5 working day max period to be told their machine had broken down and would receive them today and still not here. Really bad service and they could see from the invites that the party is only 2 weeks from now! Never use them again.
Bought one lunch box and one school bag lunch boxes fantastic actually ordered another one for wee boy to but school bag is a handbag my fault should have read size but just read bag pack have had to buy another bag as flap very poor and never get anything other than purse in bag
I required a special order and was sent a proof of my product on request which was exactly as described, I ordered, and my product came in brilliant time, undamaged (it was glass) and exactly how I wanted it! The customer service was impeccable as the company are easy to contact and reply quickly.
I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! :)
I ordered birthday invitations for my sons 5th birthday. I received excellent service. I needed the invitations urgently, they were produced & dispatched the same day that I ordered them & I received them in the post the following day. My son loved the invitations, they were great quality & the envelopes were strip peel & seal so no cheap lick yourself which I hate. I received excellent communication through the order/delivery process. I would definitely recommend this company & will be using them again for my daughters birthday on Christmas Eve.
I have recently purchased my 3rd item from Giftarama, a personalised iPad case for fathers day. Product arrived within plenty of time and the quality of all the products I have bought have been excellent. It does state on the website about delivery times and I understand that all the products are individually done, so dont expect to buy a product and expect to get it next day. They aren't just picked from a shelf and packed. I was in contact with the company via email and always got a prompt response; so to me the customer service issues that other people have mentioned have been resolved. Overall I am very happy and will definitely order from them again. :)
I ordered a persoanlised gift for my husband for Father's Day and initially emailed to check that the photo I wanted to use would be ok. i put in the e-mail that I would appreciate a speedy reply as I was worried i was leaving it a bit late to receive it in time (this was Saturday the 8th June and Father's Day was the 16th). I got a very speedy replay within the hour saying that the photo was fine and that as long as I orderd by Monday lunchtime then my item would arrive in time. To be on the safe side and ordered there and then on the Saturday morning. I received an email saying it had been posted on Friday and I am still waiting for it to arrive. It's now the Monday after Father's Day. What started off as a very helful serivce actually ended up being the complete opposite. Had the email not stated that it would have been fine then I would have used the quicker delivery option although I wonder whether it would have made any difference.
I emailed them today and am waiting for a reply as i type...
placed an order with this company money taken at time of order,after 10 working days i had emailed them as was concerned that my account said processing and i hadn't received my order,i then telephoned the company and this was on answerphone,and the answer phone recording was asking to call back in business hours,however this was business hours,as stated on the website the times.
I then read all these reviews below,got very worried and sent another email.
The following day i then got a reply saying that they had been waiting on some blank bags (my order was a personalised bag for my daughter) and that it would be posted that day.
I did get this order the next day,and the product was far better than i thought it would be,real quality and the design had been made to fit onto the bag perfect,my daughter was over the moon with it.
I dont think the communication is that great in my experience,however the product was great so i would shop here again,i think the delivery times take a bit longer than stated on the website.
I ordered personalised mugs for my 2 boys on 6 Jan the money was taken 7 Jan and they were dispatched yesterday 18 Jan and received today and are lovely. I was worried after reading some of these reviews but other than being a bit slow it has been fine and their T&Cs say 14 days. I wonder if they have just been snowed under with orders and struggling with fulfilling them . Sorry to read of others bad experiences though. The mugs themselves are lovely and excellent quality my only question is the website says they are dishwasher safe but the base of the mug says hand wash. Not a huge deal though
Ordered a birthday present before christmas for a January birthday (well before last postage date) and not received by 31.12.12. Sent an email and got a fairly quick reply on 07.01.13 saying it must have been lost in the post and gave me a choice of a refund or re-order. As the birthday wasn't until January I decided upon a reorder - wrong choice!
Still heard nothing, telephone out of order now and no reply from emails I have sent. I think they have gone under. Wish I had taken refund. Wont recommend and won't use again.
P.S they managed to take the money very quickly out of my account!
Ordered birthday personalised pencil case as gift on 29.12.12 , money taken from account on 2.1.13. Still awaiting for delivery , no response from email enquiry and not answering phone/ saying offices are temporarily closed!!
Won't be ordering from them again :(

Like the previous four reviews, I ordered a gift prior to the 12th December deadline for Christmas delivery. Likewise, I received an email teh day after the last christmas posting date and come Christmas Eve, nothing had arrived.
I did email complaining and received a refund pretty quickly, with an apology, but that doesn't make up for the gift not arriving that my children had brought for their mummy.
Unsurpsingly, the gift still hasn't arrived, like others have experienced and I am beginning to wonder whether it has been sent at all, and the email sent the day after the last posting date was a ruse to mis-direct. They are not to be trusted to order from but at least I got my money back. I hope the rest of you do too.
I made an order for five items on 11th if December all Christmas presents - they have yet to arrive. No response to phone calls or emails. I was so disappointed especially as it was assured on the website that goods ordered before 12th of December would arrive for Christmas. Very disappointed!!
I hope the products are of good quality if they arrive.
ordered a ipad case and iphone cover on 8/12/12 for xmas presents and still haven't received items! why say on the website if ordered before the 12th your guaranteed xmas delivery? i also received an email saying it had beed dispatched which they obv hadn't! ive tried calling and emailing company but have had no response.
i will not be using this company ever again!! im gutted i was so looking forward to giving these gifts and instead ive been left very disapointed! especially as i could of used another company and actually got my items! sorry for the rant but after trying to contact the company for the 100th time i decided to write a review for the first time ever!!!
Order a laptop sleeve and ipad cover on the 11th December 2012, website promised all orders would be received in plenty of time for christmas. I requested a preview of the items before despatch and despite multiple emails and a phone call I never got it. Items were sent by first class post on the 21st December even thought royal mails last posting date was the 20th !
It is now Christmas Eve and still no delivery very bad customer service and I now have to go and buy two other gifts due to them not being despatched on time.
Will defintly not be ordering again.

i have ordered a personalised chopping board. I ordered on 3rd dec. When i ordered i asked for a proof of the design. It is now 18th dec and i have received no proof. No chopping board. I have emailed twice with no response. They are not taking telephone calls i now highly doubt i will get this item which is a christmas present. Im extremely annoyed at the lack of customer service from this company. They take ypur money and give u no service at all. Will defibiately not use again.
My experience so far hasnt been good. I placed my order 11 days ago, the took the money but still havent indicated how long my order will take. I tried to ring the number but its just an answering machine and i have emailed them twice but recieved nothing back. Im more annoyed at the fact my 10 year old son has used his own money to pay for the gifts for his sisters, and the fact they are advertising garenteed christmas deliever if you order before the 12th december.
However since i origionally posted this reveiw i have recieved email confirmation that the compant where having techinical difficulties with their emails and that they have recieved an overload of orders so i am amending this review. They have assured me i will recieve them tomorrow so this i am pleased with. I will use the company again but i think ill order a little bit further in advance. being new to online shopping i was unsure of a feew things but since the comapny have solved their emails out the service has be excellent and the fact i will recieve my goods in time for christmas makes me a very happy mum. Thank you giftarama for you excellent customer service today. Im looking forward to recieving the product tomorrow.

12 days after placing my order with giftarama i am yet to recieve my item. I have emailed the company twice this week asking where my order is as well as attempting to call them numerous times. I am yet to recieve any form of a reply.
My item has not yet even been marked as despatched even though the site states they aim to dispatch all items within 7 days.
I cant tell you about quality of the products as i dont know but the service i have recieved is poor and i wont be ordering with them again.
The key rings were just what i was looking for as gifts for 12 boys for my son's Party. Any queries i had were responded to by email very quickly which helped the ordering process and they arrived very promptly. Really pleased with them!
I ordered a floral personalised laptop cover from Giftarama, and I was quoted a 5-7 working days delivery. This meant that the cover would arrive to me in plenty of time to give as a birthday present. However, 7 working days passed and still no sign of the delivery. So I contacted the staff via email and it took them at least a day to get back to me. They explained that the 5-7 working days applied to the length of time it took to make my order to specification and that my order should, instead, be with me in a couple of days.
I waited again, and still no sign of the cover, and it was getting dangerously close to the date that I needed it for. I emailed again, but realising that it could be some time before they got back to me, I rang the hot line number instead. Three times. No one answered. I left 2 voicemails. Straight after the second voicemail I noticed that my order had been despatched...! Someone later rang me and left a voicemail explaining that my order should be with me the next working day.
Luckily the laptop cover came in time for me to give it to my sister for her birthday. It is lovely, and she was thrilled.
Regardless of the kerfuffle, I would order from this company again...only this time, a long way in advance!!
I have made several purchases from giftarama recently all of them being personalised aprons for my daughters friends. i let my daughter look at the designs then choose which one for her friends. they have all arrived in good time and i am please with the quality of the apron and the printing. i have ordered 3 so far and am about to order 2 more. definately think this will be the present of choice for her friends this year and super value at £7.50 too.
