An extremely simple to use, efficient website
The Gift Service site, is very easy to use, and in our case when we use it frequently, saves us a lot of valuable time. We have never been let down, even when problems have been caused by us or the undertakers.

Understand the concept of Service
I have been using Giftservice.co.uk for years. Right from the get go they have had a reliable and personal service which you would not expect from a web based company. They have got me out of many gift "situations" in a friendly and timely manner which is especially valuable to me as I live abroad. I also appreciate that the price is the price stated. I like that my details are saved so it makes it more time efficient to do and I love that if ever I have an issue Donald is right there willing to come up with a viable solution. Nothing bad to say about them, would recommend to any / everyone.

A gift of a service from ordering to delivery.
I've used gift service for number of years, most recently the on line service. I have no reservations about using the service again, and in recommending the service to others. Initially, I wasn't to keen to use the on line service, but the gentleman I spoke to over the phone very kindly took time to talk me through the system, which I very much appreciated. Great range of gifts, great customer care, (which is always important to me), first class delivery service, competitive prices. No need to look at alternatives. Can't think of, or suggest ways you could improve the service. Many thanks.

Excellent in every way
Giftservice is truly an extremely reliable, friendly and efficient service - I wouldn't go anywhere else for flowers etc. 10 out of 10 every time!!

Delighted with your prompt and efficient service.
I contacted 'giftservice' with short notice and they delivered promptly a gift well. described on their website. A previous company I used were very tardy and blamed other agencies. I will have no hesitation in using 'giftservice' in the future.

DELIVERED ON TIME
The products are a little on the pricey side but at least they reached their destination on time and I was informed every step of the way.
