still waiting for refund
order scales as very cheap price but after i had paid the lead time turned out to be 6 weeks so I asked for a refund 2 days after I had paid- 3 weeks on I am still waiting - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I don't believe I will ever get any money back from them. they keep saying that tehy will refund at the end of this month .......why? and they dont reply to emails either

Stay away.
Ordered a water flosser in April. Waited 6 weeks for the product. Gave up and requested a refund. After numerous emails and phone calls I gave up and had to take action through my credit card company. I use the internet a lot to buy products and have never had such poor service. Please don't be fooled by their website, they really are cowboys!!!!!

Don't buy from here -- scam??!
Have been waiting for an order for months, keeps "getting delayed" (yeah right). They won't respond to my emails for chasing up or for a refund!!
Surprised there's not more on the internet warning people away from this company! Stay away... :(

EXTREME CAUTION
Do not touch - I have been chasing refund for months as no goods delivered - many promises and now have e-mail saying in receivership - yet site still operating?

very bad service
i canceled my order 8/9 weeks ago
i am still waiting for my money to come back
girodmedical is not responding to my e-mail
when i call them they say you get your money back in 2 days
but i am still waiting
