They have the cheek to take payment when I told them it didn't arrive

PART DIDN'T ARRIVE AND ALL EMAILS ARE IGNORED - DO NOT USE. Ordered a cooker seal in mid December which still hasn't arrived. They refuse to answer any of my emails and also ignore my feedback form. High risk to use them.

Was worried after reading some reviews that part wouldn't arrive, but it arrived today, no problems.

Note to company, really think you should add more contact details such as address and telephone numbers to re-assure people ordering from your website that you are legitimate!

I have to say i am very happy with this company never ordered online before but had to as only had a few days before Christmas and the cooker broke down they bent over backwards to help thank you will use you again

Yesterday my cooker broke down the element had gone a few days before Christmas i thought i had no chance of getting a new one in time but then i came across Gkspares.co.uk they had the item in stock they sent it out the same day and it arrived the next they in my opinion have saved my Christmas thank you gkspares

I read a bad review but could only get my part from them i had no problems at all arrived in 48hrs more than happy with the product and the service but to be fair you cant keep every one happy but they kept me very happy

I found this company first class item arrived very fast and with out any trouble at all very good price and happy to use them again

DO NOT USE

The item I ordered 2 weeks ago has not arrived. The email confirmation had no contact details other than 2 email addresses, one of which is of a different unconnected business.

I have had no response to emails.

Googling for details of the company return one phone number which is incorrect.

GK Spares website has no contact details which is illegal.

Use this website at your peril!
