Just a fantastic company!
Such a reliable and good company. All emails were responded to withing in the hour either by phone or email. Very satisfied.
My bike turned up with a punctured wheel, I emailed Global Bikes and they got back to me instantly telling me that they would send a new inner tube in the post.
Brilliant.

Really helpful, took shoes and cleats back and replaced them
Global Bike originally sent me incorrect shoes due to miscommunication and when I contacted them and explained exactly what I needed, they offered to send out the shoes and cleats attached and I recieved them the following day.
It was not their fault but people in David Lloyd gym did not know what spin shoes or cleats I needed.

Amazing service
I made my first purchase last wednesday and needed the item ASAP, I asked on the checkout page to see if it could be delivered for Friday. The item came Thursday which was a bonus and I had an email confirming I would have it by Friday which was a nice personal touch. I will be using global bike in the future!

We were given the space and time, as well as good advice, to make the right decision.
We were looking for a bike for my 4 and a half year old daughter who taught herself to ride without stabilisers 6 months earlier. The difficulty a this age is the choice of bikes and the amount of use the child will then get out of it. But I was pleased with the advice we got from the staff and the choice we eventually made. We were encouraged to try the bikes as many times as we wanted and even had a bike built for us to try. Also my daughter is very happy with the new purchase and this is what matters most. Thank You Global Bike.

helpful, friendly, efficient & professional
We bought a number or items relating to GoPro cameras. Initially I spoke to them on the phone and they were extremely helpful putting some items aside until other had arrived as I said I would collect.
When I turned up a couple of days later the most of the items I had wanted had arrived but another had still not been delivered. They made some phone calls and arranged to have them delivered to me within two days (It was 20th December & I was concerned that with Xmas backlog they may arrive late but there was no need to worry they arrived as promised within 2 days.
Very happy with the overall service and helpfulness & will return when I need other items

Having done a net search, I found the cheapest price at Global Bike. Having found the site, it was easy to navigate, clear and offered clear choice and description.

My MB arived in a sturdy box and the bike frame and components were very well protected with foam and cardboard. All the paperwork and warranty were included.
In a nut shell I was delighted to receive my new bike in A1 condition.

Order? What Order?
Yes I know it's December, but I ordered this item on the 14th, it was reported as dispatched on the 19th, and now it is the 22nd and there is no sign of it. Unfortunately for Global Bikes, the performance of the likes of Amazon has made 8 days seem like forever. I hope it's good when it comes!

On time, in full - what more could you ask for!
Haven't used this site before so was a bit wary. Wanted to resort back to Amazon, but price here was better. So gave it a go. All very prompt, email confirmations, order tracking, arrived on time and even needed ID to pick it up from Royal Mail (even though order value pretty low).
So really would recommend it based on experience so far.
Hope they keep up the good service as I'll be back for more!

Prompt and friendly service. Items arrived on time and in order.
This was the first time I used Global Bike and would use them again. I needed an item on next day delivery. Ordered late in the evening so wrote a note on the online order form to ensure it was dispatched asap. Got a telephone call and an email to confirm this first thing the next morning, and parcel was couriered so could be tracked. Item arrived on time and well packaged so no damage.
Would use Global Bike again. Thoroughly recommended!

Very helpful and professional
Me and my dad bought a bike for my mum, we had a small idea of the style we were after and after a few searches on the Internet we came across global bike who after a very friendly chat on the phone invited us down to the showroom to have a look at the bikes in stock, they even built one up especially for us for when we arrived, once we found the shop we were greeted by friendly staff who made us a cup of tea and showed us around the models we were after and the one that they built up for us (we ended up buying that one) they were more concerned about getting my mum the right bike rather than the most expensive one, they all came across as bike enthusiasts rather than pushy sales people, I would definitely use global bike again and recommend them to anyone.
