Awesome!! Amazing service
Cut a long story short, bought my Felt F4130 105 sometime in August/September 2012 via the cycle to work scheme. All the staff I dealt with and in particular Richard couldn't have been more helpful, answered emails quickly and were very patient when it come to my work slowing down the process a little.
The bike itself was set up perfectly, arrived by courier really well packaged (and very shinny) just had to turn the handlebars… thats it!!
High recommend Global Bikes, my only wish would be that they were my local bike shop.

Brilliant friendly efficient
Visited Showroom / Warehouse as i was in the area. I was greeted by friendly staff who directed me to the bike i was interested in, an Electra beach cruiser.
They had the one I wanted in stock.They assembled it and sent out for free delivery next day.. It arrived in perfect condition.I only had to make a few basic adjustments.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this friendly genuine company.

Worst online bike shopping experience yet. Truly awful.
Ordered a headset for my new frame 7 days ago on a Monday night. Global bike take my money on a Tuesday. Then ring me up 5.30 pm Friday night (bearing in mind I'm meant to be riding in Wales all weekend) to tell me they have none of those headsets. Then proceed to arrange an alternative headset with them. Come home from work (today 8 days after ordering) and still no headset. Truly dreadful. If it wasn't a 350 mile round trip I'd go up there and give them a piece of my mind. Truly worst online shopping experience to date (and I've been doing it many years)

It took 4 full working days to figure out you had no stock- acceptable??
It took from Friday 6pm until Tuesday to put the agreed alternative in the post- acceptable?? (8 days after the initial order)
How can you drive 200 miles to Wales and trust someone to turn up and to fit a headset when they cant even be trusted to post an item?? No offer of vouchers or discount or anything just my money back if I return it. Yet more hassle for me if I do
9TH DAY STILL NO HEADSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
10TH DAY STILL NO HEADSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Asked for refund now.Fed up
12th DAY. NO HEADSET or NO REFUND!!!!! NO APOLOGY IN WRITING (as stated in reply here) Shocking!! Time to report to trading standards I think

Best online bike shop by a mile
1st time I've used Global Bikes, but will not be the last. Everything about GB is professional from there customer service to there delivery service which was delivered under 21 hours after ordering and it was free. The price I paid for my Nukeproof Scalp was the cheapest on the internet and they were able to get hold of the last Large Scalp with a Cane Creek double barrel in the UK. There is a lot of online bike shop out there that don't come close to the service GB deliver. You will not be disapointed by Global Bikes.

Best price on the net!!
I bought a gopro hd hero 2 camera it was the best price on the net. It was out of stock but when I rang them they made one available online just for me to purchase & as soon as they came in stock it was sent straight out to me. Excellent service, very friendly & they even went as far as to ring me to let me know it was back in stock & it had been dispatched. I would defiantly use global bike again.

Would definitely recommend
We had trouble finding the bike my son had saved all his birthday money for and were delighted to find it on Global Bike. I called and they confirmed they did have it in stick (many other sites listed it but then said they had sold out). I promptly ordered and the bike was delivered 24 hours later! I even got a text to say the time it would be delivered (accurate to within the hour).
I have no hesitation in recommending Global Bike and will use them again next time, Thanks!

Great bikes, nice guys, good prices but the place is still a disorganised mess!
Internet sales are the clear priority for these guys as opposed to walk-in customers. Huge new premises but next to nothing on display after many months. Could be the best bike showroom and retail outlet for miles around with great word-of-mouth recommendations but instead the reputation is falling. Guys - get a grip!

Top Quality Value and Service
Bought a Ghost AMR 7500 from Global Bikes, it was £300 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I paid at 2.30 on Thursday afternoon the bike was delivered at 9.30 the next day. Amazing service. On the first ride the rear mech wrapped up in the wheel and ripped the gear hanger off, I contacted Jim and told him what happened, and he said he would get the replacement parts in the post first class within two days. Thanks Rich and Jim absolutely first class service. Dave

Brilliant!
I rang these up to see if they had an item in stock because another big branded bike shop let me down TWICE.
They had then i stock, a very helpful young lady searched the store to check it was te right one and it was.
I placed the order on the net quick and easy. Ordered it early in the day. And i had a email 15 mins later saying it had been dispacthed.
Next day posty delivered it.
Item was perfect.
What more could you want.

i rercently ordered a ghost asx 5500 and a orbea sate hartail from global bike , the delivery was very fast you even get a one hour deliverly time slot which i was very impressed with .
bikes arrived fully assembled and very well packaged and came with some free stuff aswell like a water bottle cage .
over all very impressed with service start to finish .

Having seen Ghost bikes in small cycle shops I was keen to see the full range. went to Global Bikes not sure about full suss or hardtail. Jim at Global Bikes spent a lot of time showing me the options and deals and me trying them out. Decided on a high-specced suspension bike at an unbeatable price. Collected it a week later when Dave set it up and gave me a comprehensive explanation of all I needed to know. Very friendly people, fully recommend them - I'll be back for more! Amazing price with an outstanding level of customer service
After nearly buying my Ghost AMR from one of the major online retailers, I just thought I would Google to see if there was a better price about. I am glad I did as in doing so Global bikes was discovered. They had the model I wanted in my size at a price over £100 better than the other retailer. On top of this best price, the level of customer service received was outstanding. I was called to say the bike had arrived, was being built and then sent out. Less than 24 hours later the bike had been sent out was was promptly delivered within the 1 hour slot by Global's Courier company. On receipt of the bike which had clearly been "fully checked and built" as opposed to just shipped out in a factory state, I had a query with the mechanics of the rear suspension have never owned a full suspension bike before. On ringing Global I was put through to one of the team who talked me though this in detail and my questions were answered with knowledge and passion, as opposed to me just speaking to a call center operative working off a script.
In conclusion I will certainly be recommending Global to my friends and will have no hesitation in coming back to them for any further bike purchases in the future. In today's world of ever competitive prices it is such a breath of fresh air to find a company that is ultra competitive on price, but has a level of customer service that takes one back to the days when the customer really did matter.

Thorough service, great correspondance, fast delivery
Having offered a price £10 cheaper than everywhere else on a fullface helmet I was after, they then proceeded toship it the day I ordered, and using Interlink delivery, I received texts and emails telling me the delivery date, options to change it, and on the day of delivery, the hour window in which the courier would be arriving. It sure beats waiting in all day for a parcel not coming!
