Would have been lost without it
Hired the sat nav for our holiday in Florida couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the unit it worked perfectly and helped us find our way to everywhere we wanted to go not just the theme parks.Thanks it made our trip and travel so much easier.

Very late delivery, but great prices.
Ordered on a Friday morning for next day delivery, paid the extra but my item didn't arrive. I contacted customer service on Monday morning who admitted there had been an error and it hadn't been sent. However they assured me that it would be with me on Tuesday. Still no show. It finally arrived l late on Wednesday.
I will use Global GPS again due to the very cheap prices, however I'll make sure I dont want the item urgently as I did on this occasion. And to be completely honest they refunded the extra postage that I paid.

Ordered a Tomtom sat nav and arrived very quickly and to date all excellent.
I would happily recommend Global GPS. I recently purchased a Tomtom sat nav for my new horse box and the product was well described on the website, was cheaper than elsewhere and arrived very quickly. No issues so far so I haven't tested customer service. Many thanks.

Not very good after sales service
I purchased a Cardo G9 intercom set, which initially did what it said on the tin. I then discovered it had a charging problem, so I phoned Global GPS LTD and they informed that they only offer a 28 day warranty period (cardo standard warranty 2 years) and that I would have to deal with the distributor. I pointed out the sale of goods act - The Sale of Goods Act lays down several conditions that all goods sold by a trader must meet.

Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
They said that they wouldn't do anything, so I dealt with the distributor and got a replacement. This set then failed - so a contacted Global again and asked for my money back, to which again they said I had to approach the distributor. This I did and they said I could only get my money back from the point of sale ie Global - which is right!
Result - No Money back and a faulty set - No comms!
Advice - Don't buy from Global GPS

Perfect service - what more could one ask?
To check on the status of the Garmin 660 "NOH" unit I was considering, I phoned the Company and was given a thorough explanation of how the units came to be in stock and how the "system" worked. The difference between Life-time maps built into the unit (i.e 660LM) and the separate card supplied with NOH units was made clear - they work in exactly the same way. The unit was delivered next day in pristine condition, factory fresh and ready to go.

After looking round finally decided to purchase a NOH unit at big saving over everythign else on the web.
Kept informed by text about delivery and when unit arrived no way I could tell it was anythign other than brand new.

Speedy Delivery and great overall service!
I rang up recently to ask about a few products. I passed my bike test and have planned to travel around Europe with friends for a few months.
I spoke to a girl on the phone and asked about loads of satnavs, bluetooth headsets, charging cables for the products, mapping updates... the lot! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable they were of every product I asked about, and if she wasn't sure she would find out the answer so quickly!
I ended up getting everything I needed and it was all sent to me the next day!
The products were brand new and so cheap. The satnav was newly overhauled but it was perfect! Exactly like new, just a different box!
I would reccommend this company to anyone because of how well I was looked after by them

Great company for buying sat navs with excellent help service
Searched the Internet for a garmin zumo 220 and I come across a company called global gps, purchased the zumo for a great price and received it in a matter of days! I was really happy with this service, the customer service they give is at a very high standard!! No problems at all 10/10 rating!!

Must Have Item if Travelling to US for Holidays
We have hired a GPS for 13 days using it for holidays in the west coast area - visiting Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, San Diego and Los Angeles. This was our first time driving in The State and we don't have any maps with us. We must say that with the SatNav system set-up in the rental car. It was 10 times easier and time saving driving along the left hand side of the road. The directions of the map were clear and estimation were pretty accurate too.
We definitely will hire this again next time and it is at least one-third of the price compared to hiring directly from the rental company.

excellent company at great prices
Hi satnaveasy, we received your Garmin Nuvi 2460 satnav very quickly after ordering and for once obtained a device that we could both use, maps are up to date and the lifetime update offer from garmin fantastic. only issues are not with yourselves but more to do with Garmin themselves. Updates takes months(sic) to download and there is no option to save them to my computer so if an update goes wrong then it has to do it all again. one other error we have found which we intend to contact Garmin about is in the map data which actually puts our house on the wrong side of the road but for the price that's a small hiccup. great deal from an easy company to deal with

I highly recommend them, great service!
I am new to open water swimming and required a waterproof system that could track my distances for me. I researched them on the Garmin site and found the Forerunner 310XT, but was a bit pricey so googled what I wanted and found Global GPS LTD. It was £90 cheaper on here.
The service was great and delivery very fast.

Excellent product,service and quick delivery I would recommend without hesitation.
Need new sat nav when old Tom tom died.Found garmin 2460LMT about half price of other sites.Rang and was assured it was new-it was.Also checked with garmin-model has changed slightly with newer model having different interface -sat naveasy did not have later version-but for more than a hundred pound less-I can live with slightly older interface-whatever that is!!
Just returned from trip to Yorkshire-Garmin was fantastic-loved the split screen at motorway junctions.Really pleased-good to have lifetime updates for map and traffic.Also has bluetooth.Downloaded full instruction booklet so probably does lots of things i have yet to discover!Can't wait to try it in France-must learn to disable safety camera feature-but can't imagine driving to the rest of Europe which is also on it!
Overall really delighted both with satnaveasy and the garmin .

Travel with ease
I have just brought the full-monty with regard to communication and sat nav for my bike. I found that Satnaveasy were the most competitive and gave a great support backing for technical advice. I brought the Sala G9 twin set and the Garmin Zumo 220, could not find it any cheaper on the web so definitely a company to deal with. The delivery was on time and the info on delivery was great. Easypeasy with satnaveasy !!
After selling our old BMW Navigators, decided that a white box version of the Zumo 660 was the way to go. Lots of research and Satnaveasy was an easy winner on price and delivery. Plus when i queried delivery dates i spoke with a person not a machine.
The zumo of course is first class, I would recommend Satnvaeasy over all the competitors in the UK at present on choice and price

I haven't tried the satnav yet, because I want to buy a screen protector foil into it, but I registered it, and plugged it onto my laptop, there was no problem for win 7 to recognise the satnav. I hope that it will work well after I stick on the screen protector. If not, there is 1 year warranty, so I am pleased with it.

SatNavEasy is Easy!
Just received my Cardo Scala Rider G9 powerSet from Satnab easy, and it was easy!
I had reviewed and researched my product on line, even bid for a used G9 set on ebay, it eventually went for £210. The internet prices range from £339 - £449 new (google it and see). So I was pleasantly surprised when I found the G9 PowerSet on SatNavEasy for £276 (how do they do it). £4.96 delivery and I had my goodies 2 days later.
The reassuring thing is that at checkout you do that 3D bank password thing, so you know your money is safe.

Just got a nuvi satnav from these guys Garmin 2475 with american map - what a great product and service. They do charge for delivery but a fair amount and do exactly what they say. The price was the best I could find and I spent a long time looking.

I have just searched for, chose, ordered, bought, had delivered, set up and "played" with a new Garmin Sat Nav. All inside 24 hours, Great options on delivery, and okay I was lucky mine came with a pre warned 7:47 - 8:47 delivery time through interlink express - and delivered at 7:47!. Breakfast was a little bit hit and miss.
Great deals at Satnaveasy for many makes of Sat Navs and the deal I chose was better than I had hoped for. Life time maps and traffic with a voice control sat nav. Delighted and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great Satnav and great service
After losing my first satnav I phoned Garmin and got a recomendation of a Garmin Zumo 350lm. Looked at many shops on the net and found best price was Satnaveasy.
Chatted on the phone and got all the info and the satnav arrived the next day.
