I was searching for a satnav and global gps were the cheapest for the tomtom GO 600. they gave me a time slot they would deliver and hey presto, they delivered! I would recommend them to anyone, good prompt service.
Ordered a neato vacuum cleaner online. Received an email the following day confirming my order and informing me that they have successfully recceived payment. As I had not received any further information regarding delivery date/ time form them I rang them to be informed that there is a problem with stock, ie they did not have any. I wonder when they thought it would be appropriate to be inform me of this! I did notice one missed call on my mobile. Funny they didn't think it was necessary to ring me again if I was too busy to answer on their first attempt. Totally rubbish.
I ordered my tomtom from this company with 3day delivery, my order arrived next day and was very happy.
The parcel was well packed with no mistakes, I have recommended this company to a friend who as made a purchase also with no mistakes.

Got a scala rider G9 powerset. except it was not a power set it was 2 single unit (not paired) received broken. You picked it up then said you did not receive it back and would not believe me.
Until scala emailed me to say that they wanted to reactive the account for someone else to use because your company sold it on to someone else and tried to have double profit. Not happy about that one bit. This was a few months back now but have only just had a chance to leave you with feedback. WD35EU postcode to search for the order. At least we got a refund well after the 30 day period...

Ordered my Zumo 660 a week before I went away due to failure of an old satnav. It arrived in a couple of days (plenty of time to install) and it works perfectly with every possible type of fitting (but sadly no carry case). Great price and great product
I ordered a Garmin Zumo 660 from GlobalGPS. Not only was the price significantly less than from anyone else, but it arrived the following day even though I hadn't selected the next day delivery option - sure, it's a refurb unit from Garmin, but I defy anyone to tell the difference, and it has a full 12-month warranty. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
I had an old Garmin 1300 series satnav which left me driving across fields at times.
Having looked at the cost to update the maps I decided to replace it.
I found the Global GPS site on the internet and now have a 2460 series at a great price.
The experience was 5 star from start to finish and was sent an E-mail giving the hour it would be delivered (And it was.)
I would recommend this satnav and Global GPS to anyone.
I have a sat nav. for my car which is over 8 years old and outdated, there are so many on the market now I was totally confused which one to buy, I went to retail shops and looked on the web, I was impressed with the Global GPS site and when I rang them for some technical queries they were very good with their advice. I purchased the Garmin 2460 LMT at an excellent price and to have the lifetime map updates is a fantastic bonus the delivery was great I ordered on the 25/06/13 and received on 27/06/13 the carrier text me with a 1hour time slot

Telephoned my order on monday 24 june 2013 for tomtom pro truck 5150,i was told my delivery would take 2 days ,true to their word i received my parcel on wednesday 26 june 2013 ,by purchasing through globalGPS i made a hugh saving of £50 and i was very satisfied by the whole service and i would recommend anyone to use GLOBALGPS. Delivered before 1 pm the day after order placed, unit perfect.

I ordered a Garmin 2545lmt which was not the cheapest on the web but the only one showing stock signs. I placed the order on Tuesday 18/06/2013 well before the next day delivery deadline and paid the £6.95 next day delivery premium. On the Wednesday having waited in all day, nothing. I contacted GlobalGPS via email and I am still waiting for a reply. On Thursday again waited in all day and nothing, again I sent an email to GlobalGPS and again I am still awaiting a reply. On the Friday I had to go out so asked a family member to wait in for me, the parcel eventually arrived at 14:45, not bad for next day delivery.
All in all I eventually received my item but I am still awaiting a reply to my emails, I would demand a refund of my next day delivery premium but I doubt I would get a reply for that
Moral or this story is don't pay for next day delivery as its money lost, don't order if you want the item in a hurry and don't expect any resemblance of customer service from GlobalGPS.
Hired the sat nav for our holiday in Florida couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the unit it worked perfectly and helped us find our way to everywhere we wanted to go not just the theme parks.Thanks it made our trip and travel so much easier.
Ordered on a Friday morning for next day delivery, paid the extra but my item didn't arrive. I contacted customer service on Monday morning who admitted there had been an error and it hadn't been sent. However they assured me that it would be with me on Tuesday. Still no show. It finally arrived l late on Wednesday.
I will use Global GPS again due to the very cheap prices, however I'll make sure I dont want the item urgently as I did on this occasion. And to be completely honest they refunded the extra postage that I paid.
I would happily recommend Global GPS. I recently purchased a Tomtom sat nav for my new horse box and the product was well described on the website, was cheaper than elsewhere and arrived very quickly. No issues so far so I haven't tested customer service. Many thanks.
I purchased a Cardo G9 intercom set, which initially did what it said on the tin. I then discovered it had a charging problem, so I phoned Global GPS LTD and they informed that they only offer a 28 day warranty period (cardo standard warranty 2 years) and that I would have to deal with the distributor. I pointed out the sale of goods act - The Sale of Goods Act lays down several conditions that all goods sold by a trader must meet.
The goods must be:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
They said that they wouldn't do anything, so I dealt with the distributor and got a replacement. This set then failed - so a contacted Global again and asked for my money back, to which again they said I had to approach the distributor. This I did and they said I could only get my money back from the point of sale ie Global - which is right!
Result - No Money back and a faulty set - No comms!
Advice - Don't buy from Global GPS
To check on the status of the Garmin 660 "NOH" unit I was considering, I phoned the Company and was given a thorough explanation of how the units came to be in stock and how the "system" worked. The difference between Life-time maps built into the unit (i.e 660LM) and the separate card supplied with NOH units was made clear - they work in exactly the same way. The unit was delivered next day in pristine condition, factory fresh and ready to go.
After looking round finally decided to purchase a NOH unit at big saving over everythign else on the web.
Kept informed by text about delivery and when unit arrived no way I could tell it was anythign other than brand new.

I rang up recently to ask about a few products. I passed my bike test and have planned to travel around Europe with friends for a few months.
I spoke to a girl on the phone and asked about loads of satnavs, bluetooth headsets, charging cables for the products, mapping updates... the lot! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable they were of every product I asked about, and if she wasn't sure she would find out the answer so quickly!
I ended up getting everything I needed and it was all sent to me the next day!
The products were brand new and so cheap. The satnav was newly overhauled but it was perfect! Exactly like new, just a different box!
I would reccommend this company to anyone because of how well I was looked after by them

Searched the Internet for a garmin zumo 220 and I come across a company called global gps, purchased the zumo for a great price and received it in a matter of days! I was really happy with this service, the customer service they give is at a very high standard!! No problems at all 10/10 rating!!
We have hired a GPS for 13 days using it for holidays in the west coast area - visiting Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, San Diego and Los Angeles. This was our first time driving in The State and we don't have any maps with us. We must say that with the SatNav system set-up in the rental car. It was 10 times easier and time saving driving along the left hand side of the road. The directions of the map were clear and estimation were pretty accurate too.
We definitely will hire this again next time and it is at least one-third of the price compared to hiring directly from the rental company.
Hi satnaveasy, we received your Garmin Nuvi 2460 satnav very quickly after ordering and for once obtained a device that we could both use, maps are up to date and the lifetime update offer from garmin fantastic. only issues are not with yourselves but more to do with Garmin themselves. Updates takes months(sic) to download and there is no option to save them to my computer so if an update goes wrong then it has to do it all again. one other error we have found which we intend to contact Garmin about is in the map data which actually puts our house on the wrong side of the road but for the price that's a small hiccup. great deal from an easy company to deal with
