Problem Solved!

I ordered a garmin product from this company, which arrived very promptly. The item was not exactly as described (Garmin had changed the product). SatNav Easy sent an additional product at their expense to make up fpr the shortfall in the Garmin product.

I ordered a birthday present for my friend and I mistakenly thought the watch had GPS (should've read spec more closely).

Anyway, I paid for next day delivery and it arrived one day late. Satnaveasy didn't quibble and refunded the full amount once I returned watch (delivery included) within one week.

Good on them. I will buy from them again.

Good price but...

I paid for next day delivery and it actually took several days. They didn't reply to my email and it took a few calls to get any information on when I would receive my item.
I'm happy with the product and the price, but would have preferred a quicker delivery or better communication.

Best company I've ever dealt with online.

I ordered a satnav from satnaveasy at 3.30pm on a monday and i received it at 11am the next day! i have never received something so rapidly and well packaged before online. Initially i had to phone the company as ive never owned a satnav before. They recommended me several products within my price range and with all the features i wanted. the person i spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and polite. The sat nav i bought was a garmin nuvi 1490t and it has been perfect. it came with a free mapping update which satnaveasy guided me through. i am 100% satisfied and will be using satnaveasy again in the future! :)

Ordered 2 items on next day delivery, only 1 arrived 2 days late, contacted company they were very apologetic, unfortunately the said item was out of stock a replacement was offered (which was supposed to be better and more expensive) this would be wavered and would be on next day delivery. So i accepted this item. It also arrived 2 days late, it does NOT connect to my sat nav without different cables and because of its shape wont fit in the case which then defeats the object also only extends battery life 4hrs, original ordered item boasts 10hrs unfortunately now lack of time to send anything back had to use what i had. I contacted them explaining the problem asking for some resolvement / compensation only to be told they would talk to the company owner and get back to me 1 month later and nothing. Very disappointed wont be buying from them again. due to BAD ADVICE and LACK OF RESPONSE

Outstanding Long Term, Loyal Service

I have purchased 9 Sat Nav's for my company over the last 5 years and 8 of them from SatNavEasy.
The reason is that they are easily the most helpful, impartial and knowledgable about which are the best current models, they are by far the cheapest, the item arrives the very next day and if for any reason you don't like it they offer a free 14 day exchange or full money refund (you have to pay for the return postage though)
I honestly can't understand the odd couple posts who say the company is unhelpful and doesn't try and sort the problems out - I've had the polar opposite experience - I've even recommended 2 friends of mine and they have had the same good experience as me - I had a Garmin unit that basically, due to firmware issues, never really operated like it should have - I called a year later to talk to them about buying a another unit to replace the dodgy Garmin and mentioned to them how there had been firmware issues with it - the guy put me on hold, then came back 20 seconds later and said they'd give me a credit of ALL the money I paid for the Garmin which meant I only had to add £20 for the new Tom Tom Live unit - all this without me even asking!
The owner, Ian Osbourne is a really great, ethical and honest chap.
That's why I would only ever buy from them - I suggest you try them.

Watch out for the postage

Ordered a TMC receiver for a Garmin satnav.
It was a good price, and still cheaper to pay the postage than from other sites.
However I paid for "next day, courier", and it arrived 4 days later via Royal Mail, 1st Class. I did complain, and they offered to refund half the postage, but have still been charged full price with no refund to my card.

Excellent site to buy your tom tom from.. great prices with good offers on extending your warranty.. I bought my satnav for more than 40-50 pounds less than the market price.... great prices and easy transation.. Good place to buy satnav.

Good value and trustworthy company

Made one or two errors in the order, but put them right immediately. You can speak to a real live person and they are pleased to give helpful advice, this was especially good for me as a first time satnav purchaser. The manager and staff are down to earth and user easy. I will use them again and recomment them .

When I contacted them, on the telephone number posted on their web site, a PERSON answered within seconds. I had an idea what I wanted but asked them to recommended a sat nav for my 85 year old mother who keeps getting lost! I needed low tech savvy, large screen and idiot proof. They immediately made a recommendation and passed me efficiently on to another person for a further query. I place my order and the email information and delivery was excellent. Delivery was the next day, within the hour time zone quoted on the trackable and adjustable delivery.

Decided to buy my own Sat Nav after having rented one from SatNavEasy for a US trip during the summer.
Browed their site which had some great offers ad advice - couldn't find the unit I selected cheaper anywhere else on the web.

Garmin 1310 sat nav

I found the Satnaveasy website very informative and easy to use and their prices were compared favourably to other sites. As their shop is only a short distance from my house I was able to buy my Garmin 1310 directly instead of having it delivered. The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable about their products and I am very pleased with my purchase.

No problems with SATNAVEASY

Ordered a TomTom XL2 IQ Routes with Western Europe. Goods arrived by courier in a couple of days, which was just fine. Item works well in UK (yet to travel elsewhere) and all is OK. Surprised to see poor reviews on some review sites - I had no problems at all! And at a great price!

I have bought a Garmin Nuvi 1490T and am very satisfied at the moment. The product seems to work as advertised including the traffic information. I bought a Garmin Satnav which proved to be useless and sent me all over the place. It was infact my son's but he was away at Uni so it was not being used much. However, even after 3 months I called Satnav Easy and they said send it back and I upgraded to a higher spec Tom Tom which seems great. They were fast, efficient and did not quibble. Well done. Would recommend.

I made my initial enquiry by telephone and all my questions were answered professionally and the unit was in stock.
As their office was only a few miles away I collected in person.
I found them very helpful, able to answer all of my questions and they were able to demonstrate features on a demo unit.
They were the cheapest by far and beat the price of a competitor by using their price match scheme.

Cheapest price I found on the web, and latest version TomTom. Cheaper than many others selling an older version. Item arrived next day so very happy with the service.
One very minor issue: No English instructions included, so had to download from TomTom, but overall I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a Garmin 1490T online in May 2011 from Satnaveasy, The unit arrived promptly and is an excellent satnav. They delivered on time and at possibly the best price around. This is the 2nd Satnav I have bought from them A 1390T was also delivered promply from stock in January this year. Excellent service, and IMHO they are reliable and a good company to deal with, I recommend them.
