Unprofessional - NOT trustworthy

Placed an order on Globebaby.ie but after a month there is still no shipment. Have mailed them three times and asked to have my money back, but no response what so ever after that.
Apparently, my order is out of stock, but it is very unprofessional not to inform the customer about that untill the customer wonders why nothing happens after a couple of weeks. The delevery times have not been as promised. It took them a few seconds to take my money, and now it seems lost.
I can NOT recommend this company to anyone.
