Flashing Light Tiara stood out in the London Moon Walk
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the very professional next day service on the Glowsticks provided. Tracking of the parcel was easy and the time scale of the delivery was smack on.
The London Moon Walk in aid of cancer research was undertaken (through the night) and six flashing tiara's made sure that the 'Wonderful Women of Witherley' (WWW) were visibly safe by traffic and made a lot of people laugh to see six fairies walking through London in their very pink flashing outfits.
I will certainly be contacting Glowsticks.co.uk when I need something a little different and in a hurry.

Excellent range, prompt delivery, helpful staff.
Bought a range of goods for daughters roller disco. One item (flashing bunny ears) wasn't working correctly initially and company happy to send out another (but it worked after reinserting batteries).
Good customer service. Great products.Bought mohican punk headbands, bunny ears and glowsticks and none disappointed. Got free 10 pack glasses which working well in roller disco with lights.

Speedy delivery and excellent products
We were really pleased with our order - the items were exactly as described and good value for money. The delivery was quick but the only downside was that although I had specificaly requested that the package be left with a neighbour in my absence, I had to go and collect it from my local sorting office which was a little inconvenient.

A Glowing Testament
The glow sticks were fantastic, we used them at a camp fire for 350 scouts & cubs snapping them at the end of the camp fire. Singing Kum ba Yah with 300 glow sticks waving was awesome

Fabulous site with an amazing selection
I wanted to buy light toys to use in light painting photography and was so happy when i discovered this site. The sheer amount on offer was amazing and the price incredibly reasonable. I was kept informed at every step and will definitely be shopping with them again.

Poor quality
The lanyard used to tie the light stick was very poor quality and snapped as soon as I tried to tie it. When checking the lanyard it looked perished and had no strength at all.

Excellent Aftercare
My parcel arrived when I was at work, so the courier put it over the fence. The packaging was damaged but not from that and when I opened it up one of the items was damaged.
I emailed glowsticks and had a very quick response the next day saying a replacement would be sent out and this duly arrived the day after.

Poor at best.
My initial experience was good, as my order came very quickly, out of the 6 items that I ordered only 3 worked I sent an email to say this and was told the 3 other items would be sent to me again this time they will be tested. The have not asked me what colour they need to send out to as I ordered 6 LED braclets in Multi colours 5 days later and I'm still waiting for my replacements.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone!! I ordered 100 Green Glow Sticks one day and received my order the very next day!! First thing in the morning!! I hadn't even selected any special delivery service. I am extremely impressed with how swift and hassle-free the service was. AND the product has been everything I expected it to be... and everything I hoped it would be: It totally upped the fun factor at my St. Patrick's Day party! I ordered the bracelet size but part of the fun was seeing what else you could make out of them. Young and old alike had glowing green halos, necklaces, bracelets - all kinds of creations - so much fun. Cheap enough to get plenty and have some fun!!

Awaiting customer service
