Fabulous site with an amazing selection
I wanted to buy light toys to use in light painting photography and was so happy when i discovered this site. The sheer amount on offer was amazing and the price incredibly reasonable. I was kept informed at every step and will definitely be shopping with them again.
Great service, and nice to talk to over the phone.

Poor quality
The lanyard used to tie the light stick was very poor quality and snapped as soon as I tried to tie it. When checking the lanyard it looked perished and had no strength at all.

Excellent Aftercare
My parcel arrived when I was at work, so the courier put it over the fence. The packaging was damaged but not from that and when I opened it up one of the items was damaged.
I emailed glowsticks and had a very quick response the next day saying a replacement would be sent out and this duly arrived the day after.

Poor at best.
My initial experience was good, as my order came very quickly, out of the 6 items that I ordered only 3 worked I sent an email to say this and was told the 3 other items would be sent to me again this time they will be tested. The have not asked me what colour they need to send out to as I ordered 6 LED braclets in Multi colours 5 days later and I'm still waiting for my replacements.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone!! I ordered 100 Green Glow Sticks one day and received my order the very next day!! First thing in the morning!! I hadn't even selected any special delivery service. I am extremely impressed with how swift and hassle-free the service was. AND the product has been everything I expected it to be... and everything I hoped it would be: It totally upped the fun factor at my St. Patrick's Day party! I ordered the bracelet size but part of the fun was seeing what else you could make out of them. Young and old alike had glowing green halos, necklaces, bracelets - all kinds of creations - so much fun. Cheap enough to get plenty and have some fun!!

Quality products fast delivery
Ive bought from Glowsticks.co.uk twice now, and would not hesitate doing so again. The glowsticks are very cheap - I bought 100 bracelets for £9 and last a LOT longer than the stuff you buy in high street shops which start to fade after 1-2 hours. Delivery is prompt and reasonable too. Great range of products as well.

Amazingly quick delivery which was great but one thing missing and another in its place - didn't get round to chasing it up, I'll probably use the extra glow bracelets anyway & & I've bought the balloons in Tesco (where I think they are a bit cheaper)

This site is great. it was my 1st time ordering last week. one of my products was out of stock but the customer service people told me when it was due in. Perfect Product - went down a storm at our disco
This was the first time I had purchased glow sticks for our first ever school disco. The service that I received was fantastic and the glow sticks arrived in in plenty of time. The products themselves were fantastic value for money and the kids loved them.
I will definately be oredering again for our next disco in June and would certainly reccommend the site to anyone.
