Really great price, but a bit let down by slow customer service and poor delivery
GoGoDigital's prices are pretty unbeatable, and I think it is great that they let you try to get a lower offer. However, although I was promised a reply within an hour it actually took much longer than that (and I was asked to provide feedback the day before the computer was delivered!). Delivery was really poor. They actually delivered to the wrong house (on the wrong street) which was a little stressful as I had to ring up and ask why the product had been signed for by someone completely different! The computer is fine for the price though. Windows 8 is a bit annoying, but once you've worked out how to get rid of the charm bar it seems to work OK. It's great that you can use Skydrive instead of having to buy Microsoft Office too.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delays using our Best Offer system. Unfortunately we were experiencing intermittent problems with this particular system over a period of 2 days which meant that admin notifications were delayed by a number of hours.
