Fab Company, Amazing Service

I would recommend this company without hesitation. Found them on Ebay, but, explored their own site and then spoke to Matt using the Live Chat. Sorted the computer I needed at a very good price. Next was the postage, even more amazing as I received an email confirming that I could click on the Track button from the next morning to see which hour, that day, my parcel would be delivered and it was to the exact hour. Cant beat them for service.

VERY GOOD PRICE AND EXCELLENT DELIVERY

AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER i RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO TELL ME WHEN IT WAS BEING DELIVERED AND A TRACKING NUMBER SO I COULD FIND OUT WHAT TIME, WITHIN AN HOUR, MY PARCEL WOULD BE DELIVERED. I DIDN'T NEED IT AS MY GOODS ARRIVED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THAT MEANT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT IN FOR IT. NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER AND WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

Fantastic service

I am not often felt compelled to write a review.

In this case it seems appropriate.

The service I received from the company was fantastic. The 'make an offer' feature was brilliant as it allowed me to get the product at a price I was happy to pay. The delivery service was extremely efficient and finally the levels of customer service was the icing on the cake, brilliant. Thank you.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy note 2 through Go Go Digital and they were great ordered one day and product arrived next day after about three texts and a couple of e mails to confirm the time of arrival with alternative times and lot's of ways to contact them.
I would say that there customer service is second to none and I am very happy with the product they supplied, if I need them again I will definitely use them again.

From the moment I enquired about the laptop I bought, to the minute it was delivered, the service and assistance I received from Matt was first class. We discussed what I needed, he recommended a laptop that would suit, and even allowed a negotiated discount. He has even offered a follow up service if we need it, buying a W8 laptop is a bit of a step into the unknown, but its great to know we can contact him for advice and help if needed. Fantastic service, wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to friends, family and colleagues.

The laptop I bought was still sealed and wrapped but only missing the outer box-Better than described!
The service was perfect, great communication and prompt next day delivery for a very reasonable price. A wonderful purchasing experience.

A company who cares about good service

Check out GoGoDigital if you are looking to buy any digital equipment. My first visit to their website was impressive from the start. The Live Chat function works absolutely perfectly and my questions were answered immediately. Their prices are very competitive. I ordered a Nexus 7 from them to be delivered to me in Spain where I am visiting. My purchase was collected the same day for delivery and was only one day later than the date given. This was not due to the fault of GoGoDigital and feedback has been sent to the carriers. The Nexus 7 was in the original packaging and in perfect condition. I will be using GoGoDigital for any future purchases that I require and highly recommend that you give them a try. I'm certainly glad I did. Thank you GoGoDigital for a really pleasant buying experience, excellent service and great communication.

Great personal customer care

I ordered a new netbook from GoGoDigital late on Saturday evening and it was delivered by Tuesday afternoon as promised and I received an email and text informing me of the delivery time.
I had to give GoGoDigital some feedback about the courier as they failed to get a signature as expected, and the gentleman I spoke with, was appalled at them and offered me a discount, even though that really isn't necessary. I then asked for some IT help, as I really don't understand this kind of stuff, and he was more than helpful and generous with his time.
Thank you. I would use this company again.

Although my Asus Transformer was not in stock they kept in touch regularly until one could be supplied. Despite other sellers charging more and the model being scarce, Gogodigital kept their price the lowest. Matt was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery arrived well packed and tested, only 2 minutes into the 1 hour slot that had been arranged. Would I use Gogodigital again? - Without hesitation.

I ordered an Aspire D270 netbook which was best price found with reasonably priced upgrade to 2GB.
Nice touches were Skype installed and personalised Windows 7.
Delivery on day requested and text on the morning gave delivery slot within 1 hour.

Other customer reviews commented on the good delivery service and GoGoDigital did not disappoint. Delivered exactly when promised, with a message the day before confirming this and a message on the day advising a 1 hour timeslot. Spot on.

All about the details - a mixed bag

I purchased a refurbished TVonics DTR-500HD Freeview Recorder from gogodigital. I placed the order late on a Friday and they had the good courtesy to call me to inform me that the shipping date that the website had quoted was incorrect. No problem there.

The unit arrived but with the wrong instruction manual, the previous owner's recording schedule still on it and flat batteries. Whilst none of these issues are major it just showed a lack of attention to detail and makes me wonder what they mean by 'refurbished'.

The recordings would have been part of our testing process and should have been removed before shipment along with the batteries. My apologies again; we will obviously offer a discount on any future purchase.

I am impressed with product and price.

I found this company good to deal with. Sound advice was given by Matt., and notification was given promptly when item returned in stock. My purchase, an Asus tf 700t Infinity, is not a cheap tablet, but it was offered at a very fair price compared with other retailers. Time will tell how it performs.
Quibles are minor. I found that the dock, though advertised as UK spec., was in fact US and had to be adjusted.. The delivery company had agreed to deliver the product to a neighbour the day after purchase,(impressive), but failed to do so. I, consequently had to wait a further two days. Not GoGoDigital's fault but annoying nevertheless.
Overall, I rate this company and look forward to dealing with them in future.

Many thanks for your kind review Charles. Just to confirm the dock is certainly a UK dock (the pound symbol on the numeric 3 key confirms this). On Android setup; the first option is to select which keyboard language to use. This can be easily overlooked and will automatically select US layout (Google being a US company). Good service fast delivery.

I received the hd freeview box on the day and time that had been stated thanks
But it did not work with my hd ready tv. After a couple of phone calls to gogodigital I adjusted the resolution and it is now working.

first class service from start to end

Website is really good with lots of info, good specs and features such as price tracker. easy to order, lots of info through ordering process. I had a call the day after ordering to say the colour I wanted was out of stock so could get a refund or change for black version, which I decided to do. They were very helpful and apologetic and also explained why the box would be open (to install Skype and Windows) and delivery would still be made on chosen date. I received tracking details and an hour time slot, delivery was perfect. The product arrived in good packaging and there was even a free netbook case included, as well as pre installed Windows and Skype. switched on and up and running in no time.
I would completely recommend GoGo Digital and use them again for any tech purchases.
