Puma is my clothing brand of choice. I have to be honest I had never used Golfbase before. A friend of mine at my golf club sent me an email link to a promotion Golfbase were doing on Puma clothing. I checked it out, great value and subsequently set up an account and made a purchase. A quick delivery followed, great products with great value and good service. What more could you want?
Have already been back online and made a follow up purchase, days after the initial order was delivered.

Excellent service with good personal touch!
Sent an email to company Monday morning to ask a quick question, reply came back within an hour. Ordered my goods that morning online, goods received Tuesday morning. Due to a slight error at their despatch end, it appears they sent me another set of goods to arrive Wednesday morning. I contacted them by email to explain and received telephone call within 20 mins to explain the error and how to deal with return of extra goods. I could not have asked for a better service and they appreciated my honesty.

Fantastic! Will definitely use again.
I am really impressed with Golfbase. They have a fantastic range of products which you wont be able to find on more mainstream golf retailers websites. The customer support was also really impressive. I placed an order on the Saturday, and because I tried on the garment in a nearby golf store on the Sunday, I called up Monday morning at 8.30am and they were able to change the size without having to cancel and re-order.

Slow soft shoe
Ordered Ecco Biom shoes which are every bit as comfortable as I expected. Nicely packed and well priced.
The only small issue I have is that I ordered on a Thursday, and paid for following day delivery. The shoes did not arrive until Monday as they could not be despatched until Friday and the delivery company don't work on Saturday. When I complained by email on Sunday Golfbase rang to explain on Monday.

All aspects of the sale process and delivery could not be faulted
I knew the product I wanted (Ashworth Cardiff shoes). I found it on you site at one of the best prices I could find and in the colour/size I needed (many others did not have that colour/size). Impressed there was no additional delivery charge and that once ordered you and Post office kept me regularly email informed of progress with it arriving within three days of order.
Again impressed that there could be free delivery if I needed to return although this was not required
Entire process was excellent quality - I will certainly use you again for other purchases if the price is right

Website easy to navigate and prices seem reasonable for clothes.
My order was received within a couple of days and I was pleased with purchases.
Only comment would be that on order history you can't view what you've purchased - would be nice if you could.

Excellent Site, thoroghly satisfied, the whole experience was seemless.
I recieve emails often form Golfbase and the products on sale are always the latest stuff.
I recently bought a pair of Ecco shoes and a shirt from them and the whole process worked like clockwork. Delivery was sent out the next day, tracking emails/sms msgs were sent keeping me informed of progress.
would look here again when buying any more golf clothing/accessories for sure.

Drive the VAT into the 'fairway'!
I've bought a fair few products in the past 6-months from GolfBase, the offers are great, the discounts are great, international delivery to Aus is prompt albeit delivery is a little pricey at times.
All in, very good.
One complaint, they need to amend the order system for international customers in that at the point of purchase the VAT is automatically removed. Whilst they offer to reimburse VAT after the event, due to 'international transaction fees' and non-beneficial exchange rates witheld by your bank you don't receive the full amount back from GolfBase you have paid out initially.
Rectify this and they'd get 5 stars from me.....but its continued absence is becoming a bit of a nause to be honest.
