Sent an email to company Monday morning to ask a quick question, reply came back within an hour. Ordered my goods that morning online, goods received Tuesday morning. Due to a slight error at their despatch end, it appears they sent me another set of goods to arrive Wednesday morning. I contacted them by email to explain and received telephone call within 20 mins to explain the error and how to deal with return of extra goods. I could not have asked for a better service and they appreciated my honesty.
