Excellent to deal with.
Brilliant to deal with,prompt dispatch of goods when ordered,and again very easy to return same if the items did not fit. The refunded money was done promptly. I can recommend golfbase.co.uk to anyone.

Good product range + good website + good telephone assistance = happy customer
Bought some Nike golf shorts (through Amazon) which were too small. Phoned up GolfBase and they said send them back freepost and I would get a full refund by the payment method from Amazon. Said I would like to purchase a replacement but they suggested I re-ordered through the website as they had sent a 10% off voucher with the shorts. New shorts delivered and refund received all within a few days, so not only good service but also saved some money as well.

Best service from any online retailer i have used !
I have bought a number of really well priced items from Golfbase and i will continue to do so.
I get free returns which lets face are magic when buying shoes etc and the delivery comes in a one hour delivery window.
Cant beat them.

Premier Golf Equipment Gurus!!
Since first coming across Golfbase, found them to have an extensive range of go equipment which is current and exciting. Whenever ordering from them, everything has been correct and with speedy delivery. If they didn't have sizes or things were out of stock, they rang straight away to advise of options SMS help wherever possible. First class outfit, second to none service and my first choice for equipment. Thoroughly worth dealing with and buying from every time!!

Efficient with Free Postage & Returns
I have had 4 orders with Golfbase and all have arrived within 48 hours by Post. The service is better than some others and they keep you informed by e/mail of the order status. I had to ring for some sizing advice on shirts and the advice was helpful friendly and was correct. I'll keep buying from them.

Sorry to hear your package is not with you, having checked your tracking it shows it is being held at your local depot in France as they had a problem with your address. They should have tried to contact you but must have not got through. If you contact DPD with your tracking number they should be able to make delivery the next day. If not please let us know and we can chase from here.
