Great service and competitive prices.
Ordered an item recently that unfortunately didn't fit. Used free returns sticker and refund received within 4 days. Also gave me a 10% discount of my next order. Have used Golfbase on several occasions and would definitely use again.

Item not in stock
I placed an order for a belt as advertised on eBay to be told the item was not in stock . I was re embersed so no problem there , but I receive emails asking me to rate the service . I find it hard to rate something I never received due to the item not being in stock.

Golfbase excellent ,post office 2 day delivery not so
i was delighted with the goods i received recently,and the simple returns .i have just returned one of 3 items i got via the post office ,but would prefer golbase to use DPD for delivering who most of the other Golf Equipment companies i use tend to use.
i also liked the advice on line of sizing of different brands

Good operators but confusing website
I have bought several items from Golbase and am happy with their products,although last week i bought products totalling over £60 only so i could receive the quick delivery or so i thought,these items were purchased on a Wed and i didn't get them till Mon the following week.I telephoned Golfbase and a really helpful guy called Simon informed me that had i waited till the Thurs to buy,i would have received the products within 24 hrs. Moral is if you want your items for the weekend purchase on a Thursday.

Great experience but could be easily improved...to be perfect.
Great website, easy to navigate with loads of products at good prices. Ordering process straight forward.
Only improvement I'd like to see is a simple system upgrade whereby your order is confirmed with an email (just so you know it's gone through!) and perhaps an email to confirm dispatch?
Otherwise, really happy using Golf Base.
