First Time Customer but Will Be Back
Well, found Golfbase via Amazon but went straight to the site direct. First purchase arrived and it was too large (typical Greg Norman!). Item sent back and replaced before I had missed it. Item good so bought another in a different colour. So far the service has been brilliant and I think I may have found somewhere to spend all my money over the next few months.

Nice product, delivery bit slow
My item arrived in excellent condition and at an excellent price, however the delivery time could have been shorter. I waited for over a week for my cap. Free delivery by 1st class post should be no longer than 3 working days in my opinion

Excellent golf equipment supplier
Great supplier, great prices and prompt delivery with a returns policy free of charge on most items. I was impressed with the way my items were packaged which included the returns form that can be completed in 5 easy steps if not satisfied with the product. I would recomment Golfbase to any potential customer!!

The 10% voucher is false
I purchased several items tru Amazon but when I tried to use the 10% discount voucher it could not be used
They want you to dump going tru Amazon and deal direct but this means you have no protection
Don't like their style, be careful

I must say we are very disappointed with your review, to be poorly review for offering discount is very unusual to say the least.
Just to be clear, buyers are equally protected with us whichever platform they buy through, Paypal and Sagepay look after things like this even if not done through a marketplace such as Amazon or Ebay.
Furthermore we are only actually able to physically offer a discount code for our direct site, we just like to reward previous custom.

Prompt attention and good communication
I received 2 pairs of golf shoes as ordered and Golfbase dispatched in good time. One pair slightly too tight but there are clear instructions within the delivery package and adhesive labels for postpaid return.
My one fear when ordering on-line is having to go through a messy returns procedure. This couldn't have been easier and I am sure the refund will be as timely.
I will definitely use golfbase again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Great site at good prices!
Great products, great prices and amazing delivery! I ordered my Oakley trousers and Puma top on the Sunday evening, they arrived on the Tuesday morning! It's a pity they don't have more stock on some of their items but I will be checking them first for items in the future before anyone else just in case. If they had more stock it would be 5 stars without a doubt

Feet no fret!
I needed a pair of golf shoes in a hurry, my old ones had fallen apart two days before a charity tournament. Problem was I take size 13 and nobody seems to stock them. I found a pair of Dryjoys on the Golfbase site on Monday, ordered them in the afternoon, they turned up Tuesday afternoon, they fitted and I was able to wear them on Wednesday. How good was that?

I bought a couple of golf shirts because they were cheaper than other online stores. They were delivered within 2 days, but unfortunately they were too big. The package came with labels or easy return with postage paid. I sent the package back and received a refund within 2 days. As instructed I ordered the correct size as soon as I realised the originals were too small. This meant I had the correct size the day after the refund was processed. I would recommend GolfBase to anyone and will be using them again.
