My purchase of sky caddie SG5, had to be ordered in, but I was not informed of the delay, until, i telephoned myself. it finally arrived, and i was sent a SGX model instead, ( my husband maanged to adapt it with a part from his SG5, but otherwise, it would not have fitted. I E Mailed Golf support last week, to inform them, but still have had no reply, ( after sending me a standard reply E Mail, stating they would get back to me in 24 hours.
Since posting that review, Golf support have gone out of their way to resolve the situation, to which I am very impressed. I will definatley use this company again.
