placed my order for tyres that were in stock on thursday to be fitted on monday, get a phone call on friday to say tyres out of stock can't fit till tuesday. ok fine agree a time for tuesday. On monday get a phone call tyres still not in stock cant fit till wednesday. Not happy about this but agree an appointment to fit on thursday. Wednesday lunch time get a phone call to say i will be at your house in 30 mins, i said no you wont i'm at work and your not due untill thursday pm. agree with fitter for him to fit at my place of work on wednesday afternoon, he calls back after realising its booked for thursday trying ro cancel. he turns up at my place of work on wednesday pm to fit tyres after i insisted that he does it wednesday pm. So welldone Grippy tyres for your appalling customer service, will i use you again? definitely no chance what so ever.
