Hi all, I ordered a tyre and the driver should have arrived yesterday (Wednesday) but he was 4 hours late on his schedule. I arranged with the office for Today to be sorted for 14 30 when the driver called me saying that he was coming at 15 00! So we arranged for 18;00 and he called me at 17 25 to tell me that he would be arriving about 17 50 and 18 00. At 18 15 I called to ask him where he was and he told me that was being held in the traffic and he would be on the place in 10 minutes! After 20 minutes I called the office to inquire where the driver was and after 2 minutes the driver called me asking me why I called the office and calling me "boss". At the end he came at 19;00. I do not think I ll use them again.
