Rubbish service - not putting customer in the first place
I ordered a tyre online and paid, with appointment 2 days later - all set and very happy. spoken to manager and took half day off, just waiting for the driver come to fit my new tyre. On the day of appointment, got a call at 10am, been told the driver is in hospital?! so he can't make the appointment. I need the car for the weekend got lots of plans and stuff to do, but they said they can't arrange anything for me until sunday afternoon! then i said can you just deliver the type and i can find a local store to fit for me. Answer is no! I can't see they are even trying to make any effort to make their customer happy, they just don't care. got refunded. thanks for ruining my weekend, will never use again

Unfortunately sometimes external factors beyond our control can affect bookings for which we do sincerely apologise, our driver was in hospital and as a result could not attend his appointments for that day.
Regarding your booking slot being delayed, unfortunately we were fully booked over the weekend period and we did try to fit you in as soon as we could.
