Originally booked a slot between 8-12 on Friday 18th October. Was expecting a call in the morning like the confirmation email states 'to keep you in the loop' and to give me an 'accurate arrival time'
I received a call at 11.45 to say the driver that was scheduled to call did not work for them anymore. Don't know why they didn't realise this until 15 mins before the end of the scheduled time slot. Rebooked for 8-12 on Tues 23rd. At 12.15, 15 mins after the time slot (where was the call in the morning like your email states!) I was called to say the tyres were not loaded on the van. Do I want to re-book?
Err no thanks, your service is awful, hopefully you will be just as quick returning my money as you were taking it. You big up your customer support and your service on the website but in truth they both are awful.
