Compre muchas veces, siempre tienen en stock y se comunican muy rapido con el usuario. Los productos llegan bien enpaquetados, cerrados y muy rapido. Es una empresa estupenda!!! ojala sigan siempre asi, tan perfectos como nunca!!!

not happy with communication and time of delivery
I placed an order on the 12/15/2012 for 3 DVD's and asked for them to be delivered to Holland as we were spending Christmas there with friends. I was very disappointed to see that the 3 DVD's were sent separately and the last of the 3 still hasn't arrived today yet (3/01/2013). I sent an email to you on 24/12/2012 informing you that the 3rd DVD hadn't arrived in Holland and due to the holidays I didn't expect it to arrive before we returned to the UK. I therefore asked that you send the DVD to our UK address. I didn't get any response to that email. On 27/12/2012 I received a dispatch notice email from you saying that the 3rd DVD was on it's way, but no information on what address it was being sent to. I have no idea if it is still being sent to Holland or if you listened to my request and sent it to my address in the UK.
I am not happy with the lack of response from you and the length it's taken to deliver the DVD's. If I had any idea when purchasing this from you that it would take this long I would not have ordered it. There was no indication on your website that the DVD was not in stock or that it would take this long to deliver. Especially since it was a Christmas present.
I would also appreciate a reply to my email which I have sent to (support@grooves-inc.com)

Excellent selection, good pricing, prompt delivery.
I found Grooves to offer an excellent selection of high-quality recordings, some difficult to obtain from other sources. The pricing was very reasonable and delivery was excellent with reasonable cost, frequent updates on delivery status and great execution.

Great prices and excellent customer service!
I was looking for an obscure CD and came across Grooves Inc on an internet search. I was a bit leery ordering from an overseas company (I'm in the US) which I never heard of, but took a chance, as the prices were lower by far than the single competitor. The CD's arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the correspondence with the customer service was always personable, attentive and quick. A great website, especially for hard-to-find titles, and nice people to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Thank god for GROOVES.INC!
Searched everywhere for this dvd of Richard 111, found it then decided against remortgaging the house to buy it from any of the other sellers. Then I saw the Grooves.Inc and couldn't believe the price, checked the positive reviews, and took the plunge. Delighted to say, dvd got here in a week, and its in mint condition, and at roughly 1/4 the price of the cheapest alternative. So although its not really necessary to say I recommend these to anyone and everyone.

Quick delivery, great CD's I wouldn't have been able to get anywhere else
Really good service, they emailed to confirm the order and when it was dispatched. Arrived a couple of days later. Couldn't find the CDs in the UK as the artist don't have a UK distribution agreement. Really pleased with Grooves and will use them again.

Fast and friendly service!
I've ordered many CD's from Grooves Inc. (many of which were unavailable from any other retailer) and they've always been posted promptly and arrived safely within 2 weeks (which is pretty good considering i'm in Australia).
Their prices are very reasonable too!

Excellent VFM and very fast delivery
Excellent value for money compared with UK websites offering the same products and the delivery was fast considering it came from Europe, again compared with UK distributors.
