I have bought several vouchers via Groupon and all has been fine except for three car reversing sensors. Fitted one and it was useless so I tried to advise the dealer who supplied them. No response so I emailed Groupon customer service and received reply almost at once. After following their advice regarding the dealer I still got nowhere so Groupon said they would contact the dealer for me. Still no dealer response so Groupon offered to pay my refund in full and said they would look into the dealership issue. My experience of Groupon customer service was first class...extremely quick and they took responsibility by offering me the refund. I have no hesitation in using Groupon based on this experience.
