I purchased a Groupon voucher the merchant wouldn't accept the code , I complained to Groupon got an unsatisfactory response , sorry nothing we can do , not prepared to refund you at all , there is a name for taking money with out supplying the goods, and then reminded them that further to my complaint may I point out that you are in breech of your terms and conditions
For the first 15 days after you purchase your Voucher, your Voucher can be redeemed either with the merchant who is supplying the underlying products or services or with Groupon Shop. If you decide to redeem your Voucher with Groupon Shop for Groupon Shop Goods, you may do so up to the amount of the Voucher purchase price. Right to cancel: Once we send you the Groupon, you may cancel the transaction at any time within 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive the Groupon (where a working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday). Please note the the validity of the voucher sold to me was for 7 days ,
I am still awaiting a response ,
I would not recomend this company to any one at all
