Brought a voucher off Group- on for the beauty and therapy shop in Nottingham my appointment was cancelled 3 weeks in a row when I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager Is not In I got a text message 5 minutes later from the manager saying they have no staff we sorry so I rang them back to sort it out and they did not answer I then contacted Group on for my money back to be told the voucher has been cashed in we will have to have a investigation I was told 4 days later you can have a full refund then i heard nothing from them again for a week of chasing them i was told please allow 10 days for a refund. I don't use group on a lot i'm glad i did not order a wedding package i'm making sure my mum does not either saved in the long run My advise don't bother
