there suppliers send you wrong or faulty goods and you pay to return them
Me and my wife bough some shoes via Groupon from James Russell, one pair they sent were faulty and the other completely the wrong size, we tried to call them but no one answered so we retuned them using their returns label.
This cost us £20 which they will not agree to refund us,
This their response
" we are unable to refund you the postage fees which you incurred. Please be aware there is more than one option to contact us if you were unable to reach us on the number we provide"
If your not meant to use them why put returns labels in the packages you ship?
Hi Stephen, we would like to see if we can help with this situation. Please email us at email@example.com and if you could put "Trustpilot" in the subject box we will ensure that your email is addressed as a matter of priority. Thank you, Groupon UK
