I have looked in to the delivery date, and your bike was not due to be delivered until 20th, and so it was delivered 2 days early according to our records.

Dear Cengiz, your bike was ready the week before your requested delivery date. I have spoken to our Logistics Manager and he thought you had requested delivery any day that week. The bike was delivered on Friday. I do apologise for the misunderstanding. We did install the bike for you as you were so local, when you had only paid for the delivery service.
The bike hasn't been returned so I am pleased that you are satisfied with it. Good luck with the training, and once again, I do apologise for any misunderstanding

Due to the volume of orders we usually send just 1 email to confirm the order and delivery date. Unless we foresee a problem with your order of course. You can always track your order on line if you wish.

Hi Gary, thank you for taking the time to give feedback. Your Keiser bike was ordered on 23rd Jan (6 working days from order). Please refer to the dispatch information stating your item will be sent on 1st Feb and will take 3-5 working days from dispatch. Your item was sent yesterday, (a day early) and will be with you in 3-5 days

We do our very best to turn products around as quickly as possible, but we don't want to rush sending the products out and compromise on the quality or standard of refurbishment. I hope you will be pleased with the bike when it arrives, and I am sure it will be worth the wait.

We constantly update and review our website - in fact we have a full time team who's sole responsibility it is to update and check our site. Some manufacturers provide limited details about dimensions of products, but we'll do our best to provide details wherever possible. If the information isn't on our site, call one of the team, and they measure the machine themselves if needs be.

Dear Debbie, unfortunately the voucher expired over 2 months ago as you are aware. Our terms also state that "the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer". The Vplate Mini is currently on a 1/2 price offer, so even if the voucher hadn't expired it could not be used for that particular product. We don't employ a Kevin (nothing against Kevin's), but I did speak to you personally, and thought we had a pleasant conversation and that you understood our reasons for not accepting your order? Once again apologies, but we have to abide by the terms of our offers, just like everyone else.
