Service was good but in asking me to do this survey they got my name wrong. When emailing they do not always give clear answers or answer all the questions I have asked in the original email meaning that I have to then email again
Took payment twice and left us as a new business very exposed and financially embarrassed and let us down with the agreed delivery date which we have had to relay to members of our gym.
So at the moment very disappointed and annoyed

Disappointed that item ordered more than 2 weeks ago still undelivered.
I spoke with the MD, Howard Braband and the next day I received 3 alternative solutions which included prices and delivery dates and his personal recommendation.
We placed the order and the equipment arrived on time as promised.
This company is very helpfull and competativly priced for second hand gym equipment, especially if your looking for proffessional gear, I will certainly be looking at their site for future equipment.
Having searched the market for a second hand cross trainer the Precor engineer from my local gym recommened this company ,i even managed to get the same model that i workout on.It feels just as good,is really clean & tidy. I am very happy as this machine racks up the calories very well giving me a great workout.
The sevice team were very helpful and gave me all the information i needed without the hard sell.What more can i say all in all i am very happy ,thank you.

Easy web transaction, customer service answered any questions I had via their telephone number on their website. Delivery was made as promised, and carrier advised of date and time of delivery. The item was sufficiently wrapped and secured on a pallet.

Order a Keiser Spin Bike through Facebook, received it within 5 days and it is in much better condition than I expected. Love the bike, use it every morning! It Doesn't take up much space and I no longer have to go outside in the freezing cold for a workout!!
still waiting for item gone way past delivery date now,they don't answer emails, i don't like having to chase things up , i just hope its all ok when it arives . mon 18th bike arrived still says in my account awaiting shipment , bike in good condition very pleased
Up to 10 days delivery time (including international deliveries) was clear on the web site and ebay site but I thought being on the same city could help and they could just deliver in a couple days.
Today is 11th day, I took off early from work to be at home on delivery time. They did not show up, I called and delivery manager was not aware they promised me to deliver Thursday after 4PM, because he was off at the beginning of the week and in first day at work after his off time, they did not pass that information to him, this is what I was told as an excuse, oh one sec! nobody really said sorry. We just scheduled it for the next day. I did not get the product yet, and I am already dissatisfied with the service. I hope product won't be the same quality as their delivery service, if so, I will definitely return it back.
once you have placed the order it seems to take an age to hear anything - a week + on from ordering i am still awaiting a concrete delivery date. we'll see what the kit is like when it eventually arrives
This company does what is says on the tin! Fast and efficient delivery of equipment and always responds to email/phone queries. When spending large amounts of money, it is reassuring to know that they are listening to their customers. This company was recommended by a satisfied customer - always the best way!

Very professional even due to ordering my items online from powerhouse I had a long wait, then i was told my order didn't even reach teeter. I explained my situation to a lady called nicole at teeter who was very happy to help me I then received my items two days later when ordering direct from teeter, custom service 100% from teeter, could not say the same for powerhouse.
I enquired about a spare part for a hang up machine, I had not used this for two years. The staff were very helpful, sending me diagrams to ensure that what I thought i was ordering was correct, they even spoke to the warehouse and confirmed parts were in when I was o the phone. I am happily hanging upside down once more. Thankyou
As I am disabled I needed a very specific piece of equipment. New I can't afford and 2nd hand don't come up very often.
We went to pick up the bit of kit, it wasn't quite ready when I arrived but friendly staff helped put it in the van when it was. Later at home when I thought there was a problem they offered to send out an engineer but we resolved it ourselves, proably our own mistake in the first place!

Placed an order with the company used a valid discount voucher , and they refuse to honour this . I have spoken to a man called Kevin , who was abrupt and although he couldn't provide a viable reason for this and after becoming angry that i refused to pay any more . i asked him to cancel and refund me. order was cancelled immediately but no credit was allocated at the same time . I will take this matter further .
I was informed my order could not be for filled an hour before expected delivery as their delivery vans are being used for servicing. 4 working days before Christmas and no effort was made to find an alternative courier service. This was supposed to my partners Christmas present and now I have no time to order elsewhere!!!
I'm a Personal Trainer and just bought a VPlate Mini to use to train my clients in their homes. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it. Staff were really helpful. Its not as heavy duty as the full commercial Vibration plates, but its a great peice of kit - easy to move around and really good to combine with resistance bands and kettlebell exercises. They sent me a Free vplate workout DVD too.
Ive used Gymkit UK before when I first started my PT business, and their prices are always pretty reasonable, and the service is excellent - well done guys, keep up the good work!
The owner, Howard Braband, and his wife stayed with us at www.hermitagebay.com some time ago and asked me why we did not have a gym. I had been contemplating building a fitness centre for some time and I just needed someone to be the catalyst. Howard gave me the required nudge and helped with the design of the building, the choice of equipment and then packed and shipped everything from the UK to Antigua. Everything went very smoothly and we now have a highly rated 5 star fitness centre with Technogym equipment. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Paid £180 for the item and paid £20 postage for the quick courier. Ten days later, after no contact from the seller to tell me there was a problem, I got in touch. Twice I got in touch with no reply. They finally got in touch to say they'll chase it up with their suppliers! Poor show.
Ten days a later and still haven't got the item or an explanation. Now let's see how long before I get my refund!
