Scheduled a delivery for 11 days after my order and they "did not pass that information" from one department to another. It will be delivered in 12 days in the "same city".
Up to 10 days delivery time (including international deliveries) was clear on the web site and ebay site but I thought being on the same city could help and they could just deliver in a couple days.
Today is 11th day, I took off early from work to be at home on delivery time. They did not show up, I called and delivery manager was not aware they promised me to deliver Thursday after 4PM, because he was off at the beginning of the week and in first day at work after his off time, they did not pass that information to him, this is what I was told as an excuse, oh one sec! nobody really said sorry. We just scheduled it for the next day. I did not get the product yet, and I am already dissatisfied with the service. I hope product won't be the same quality as their delivery service, if so, I will definitely return it back.

Dear Cengiz, your bike was ready the week before your requested delivery date. I have spoken to our Logistics Manager and he thought you had requested delivery any day that week. The bike was delivered on Friday. I do apologise for the misunderstanding. We did install the bike for you as you were so local, when you had only paid for the delivery service. The bike hasn't been returned so I am pleased that you are satisfied with it. Good luck with the training, and once again, I do apologise for any misunderstanding
