The HandiRack is robust with good load carrying ability combined with flexibility.
Well made and easy to fit to amost any car; do check the specification. Carried my gaffer's wooden rigged mast with ease. The lashing tapes, supplied, and large D-rings on the HandiRack make securing the load simple and it is easy to tension. So impressed I have pre-ordered the waterproof HandiDuffel.

The HandiKart is a great product let down by some penny pinching details.
The HandiKart is a very good idea but is let down by penny pinching details. I have spent several hours modifying it and I pray it will now work properly.
Probelms:
1. the front hinge cracked when I transported my 75 kg kayak for the first time.
I now understand why you put a second hinge in the kit. I bought a jubilee clip to strengthen the hinge. I hope that will work.
2. the wheel came off when I first used it. The black end on the frame had come out of the frame and was stuck in the wheel.
3. The belts are not good enough for a large kayak. A good ratchet strap later solved the problem.
I'll give you some more feed-back after I have used it a few more times. At the moment I am keeping my old kart in reserve.

Just perfect 100% efficient
Placed my order Bank holiday Monday i did not expect it to get processed until after the holiday weekend and fully expected it to be delayed but to my surprise the delivery arrived within the time scale promised.

I decided to purchase this roof racks for cars because it's universal and I'm no longer forced to buy a new one when I'll change my car. I use it mainly to carry the kayak and the inflatable cushion absorbs the road irregularities.
The capacity is 80 kg, greater than declared by most competitor products.
The materials give a good quality feeling and robustness.
Very satisfied!

I would recommend this product
We have recently bought the Handiworld set inflatable bars, Bag and Duffel.
we purchased this so we could go camping and i have to say i am impressed with this product we got loads in the box and duffel. I would highly recommend.
my reason for the 4 star score was the instructions we not great it took a little figuring out butr got there in the end.

Excellent design, works with one improvement
I've used the Handikart twice now to transport my sea kayak. Design wise it's great, sturdy and easy to set up. It could also be used on open canoes and any design of kayak.
The first day I took it out the black plastic wheel spindles worked there way out after only a few metres, this happened on two more occasions to the put in point (a harbour in my village) and again twice on the return journey after I'd been paddling.
I think the eliptical design of the wheels works the spindles out. They need to be much more secure inside the steel frame.
This was easily rectified by removing the spindles and applying epoxy putty.
The next day the wheels stayed in place the Handikart was great, I've taken it over rough ground, along a beach and it coped very well.
They straps slip a little, so you may need to add a half hitch. I might put old cycle inner tube under them to stop slippage, or perhaps replace the plasic buckles with something like roof rack straps. It depends on your boat and whether you can thread them through loops, fittings, etc.
Apart from the addition of epoxy it's a great kayak kart/trolley, much better than the aluminium rubbish and pneumatic tyred models. It's stronger, less faff to set up and stows away easily in my sea kayak. My old aluminium.pneumatic tyred trolley kept folding in on itself. I have a longish portage to my local put in point, the Handikart is just the job.
A great piece of kit and well worth the money.

Good product, but better with bigger car
Was surprised about the quick delivery as I bought it online after 2 pm, but it was delivered prompt the next day at the times that were texted.
The handirack it self is less usefull for my small 2 door VW Fox, I can't open backwindows, but I managed to put the racks on, a bit closer together on the frontdoor and had extra belts in the length going under the hinges of the hatchdoor wich sucured the load,
As my front window gooes down I did not pump the 2nd balloon up as much so it would lay level, I just need to secure it to the bonnet so it can't slide backwards due to the wind and speed.
Overall a good buy, but slightly better for bigger cars.

Excellent product
My Chyrsler PT Cruiser has a number of American foibles, one being nothing standard seems to fit. A set of conventional racks were going to be £200 at least for the one or two times a year we use them.
Our HandiHoldall is brilliant, so the HandiRack seemed the perfect solution. No real need to read the instructions, but I did, and after a bit of positioning, they were absolutely brilliant. Rolls up small and works really well. The rack is never going come free of the car - all you need to do is make sure whatever you are carrying is properly fixed to the rack.
I am keeping the rack in the car from now on. The efficient hand pump that is provided quickly inflates the four chambers.
Just remember to remove all dust on the roof beforehand. You will regret it otherwise.....

Exceeded my expectations all round
It's unfortunately rare to have an order delivered ahead of time, perfectly boxed, and containing exactly what was described on the website. The roof rack and top box suit my tiny car just as the matching system said they should (although the cynic in me didn't actually believe they would!). I'm delighted with my purchases all round.

Fantastic product. Saves so much space but stores so much.
Cannot believe I have only just found handiworld. What an amazing product. Simply fits at the top of the wardrobe but it stores so much when assembled. Well worth buying the full set off handiduffel rack and holdall. Cannot rate this product high enough.

The most useful thing I've bought this year!
Just changed my car from an estate to a saloon. Then realised I needed to get a load of furniture from our nearest Ikea (80 miles away) and it won't fit.
Bought the HandiRack and brought everything home safely and securely. Easy to fit, really secure, worked a treat..!

Seems like OK except for the price
With the day after buying the product, it was listed for £20 less on Amazon. I felt really bad for paying a higher price.

The resonse i got from the Vendor back was 'Its out of Stock' in Amazon :-). That does not make me feel any better.
When i checked it was 'in stock', UNFORTUNTELY, i had already placed order from company directly , just few hours ago at a higher price. Otherwise i would have gone with Amazon purchase. So , It still feels like a rip-off for me in terms of price.

Very happy
Bought this item as I thought it would be useful as my boot is full with partners mobility scooter. I got the duffle bag to go with it very pleased with both although only being 5ft and not very strong I required a step and help to get bag on. And off car roof. However I would definitely recommend both.

Simple, Elegant solution with first rate backup.
Super fast delivery of a very clever piece of kit. Being the president of the D(estroy) i(t) Y(ourself) society , I managed a trial fit in under 10 minutes. The Handirack seems to be put together very well with good quality parts , time and the elements will hopefully prove the very positive first impression.
Called with a technical question and was told by the very efficient young lady that I would receive a call back from the technical departement. In less than an hour the callback came with a full and concise answer.

Roof rack review
I bought a roof rack for my son to carry his ladders.
He tells me that it supports the ladders but allows rainwater into the car during prolonged rain.

We offer some guidance within the Instruction Manual as to how to use the HandiRack in wet conditions. If these steps are followed, the risk of water ingress is greatly reduced.

Prompt delivery, effective HandiRack
Delivery - prompt, ordered Weds morning, received Friday morning.
Product - in good working order, easy to attach and inflate (with 1 person, 2 would have been easier).
Car roof took some drying after a heavy shower - be prepared with towels! The inside strap got in the way until I lowered the seat height.
(Used a friend's car and handirack in the end, so following comments on that.) Worked fine for 2 kayaks on a Polo - extra straps obviously needed, and load appears quite wide on a small car. Need to make sure load rests on rack not roof.

Outstanding Service.
I took the opportunity of buying while special offers where in place to get the best possible price on the items I wanted, which I did.
I was astounded to recieve my order the following day and I didnt even place the order til early afternoon the day before!
The quality of the products look great and the practicality of the whole package is brilliant. Waiting to see how waterproof they actually are, but very pleased. I have the 'bars', large bag, and the two inner bags now. My concern is the zip on the large bag is a standard zip and may therefore allow water ingress to the bag in heavy rain if it works its way under the flaps.

Amazing product
this bag is HUGE! we fit out 5 berth tent ad double sleeping bag in easily, not tested the waterproofing yet (thankfully) but is good quality and don't think it will let me down......if you're undecided....buy it!

Space saving and easy to install
I priced up roof bars for my vw polo and they were £195 for just the bars. Add a roof box to that and you are talking serious money. Then you have the problem of where you store it. I bought the "bars" and holdall for £112 with discount and no problems with starage as the holdall folds up small and blends in with the rest of my camping stuff, it just looks like another sleeping bag. I put them on the car on my own and tried to use the pump supplied with it to inflate but gave up as it was hard work on my arms so I used my camping pump that plugs into the car to blow them up. I havent used them yet, just tried them out to see how easy they are. Other reviews have mentioned leaking in the rain, but when i read the instructions it said to fold the v shape flaps up and not to put them through the doors so I presume that this would solve that problem. I'm looking forward to using them now. They will be stored in the boot of my car because I always end up buying things that are too big to fit in my car, and I end up taking things out of boxes and tieing down the boot! Hopefully now it's problem solved.

Unstable!!
Recently brought the handikart & found that although light & easy to assemble, it is very unstable. When moving kayak on the slightest incline (I.e launch jetty), it doesnt track straight & is very prone to capsizing on trolley.

Our recommendation would be to use the replacement hinge that you should have received with your HandiKart. This is manufactured from a stronger material and so will increase stability.

great idea if the sun is shining!
I bought this as our car is just not big enough for all our camping stuff plus 2 kids! I couldn't afford a roof box and this looked ideal, cheaper and easy to fit. It arrived in a couple of days just in time for our holiday. It was easy to fit and we loaded it with all our clothes for 4 people. Loads of room and was very secure. I thought this was perfect. Then it started to rain. After about an hour the rain was travelling down the straps and dripping on all of us inside the car. We ended up wrapping towels and nappies around them to soak up all the water. Luckily the clothes were all in bags so they were dry. Don't think the rain got in the bag. Great idea and did the job but the dripping in the car if it rains is not great!
