What fantastic customer service. Ordered a 5D mkiii which arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately the camera had a software fault which I notified HDEW about the following morning which happened to be New Year's Eve. A replacement body was shipped out to me that same day without any hassle. Explained the problem to HDEW & no silly questions were asked by them. The new body arrived 2/1/14 only New Year's Day slowed it down. If you are wondering about buying from HDEW I'd say don't worry. Great prices, helpful staff if you call them & best of all good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommended.
Update 11/4/14. I had an error code on my 5Dmkiii with under 200 shutter releases on the camera. What a pleasure it was to deal with Neal & his team at HDEW. Nothing was a problem. After the camera was checked at a Canon authorised repair centre they decided rather than risk a repair to a intermittent error 80 fault they would exchange the body. I need the camera for a shoot/course in 8 days time, the replacement was here with two days to spare.
