Excellent Service
My order arrived the next day, which is a fantastic service. I have being buying my flower remedies through them over the last few years and have always found them to be of good quality, and excellent service. I would recommend them to clients and students.

I have used their flower essences for 8 years now and have got so much support from these guys throughy heAling journey with amazing results. They are v passionate in what they do and it shows . I work as an essence practitioner, and always find Healthlines to be efficient, friendly, helpful and convenient. They stock the main ranges of essences that I use, and always get the requested items in the post immediately I order. I find the website brilliant to use, and have been able to refer clients to particular essences with a You Tube video, which gives them a real feel for the essence as conceived by the maker. If I decide to ring an order in, I can be sure of a warm welcome at the other end of the phone, and never feel I'm being rushed, or valued only for my custom. They truly understand the concept of fair exchange.

Wonderful essences and service!
Healthlines provide a wonderful essences and service! With wonderful and detailed descriptions of the different Alaskan Essences I chose; I found the whole experience of choosing and ordering a good one. I felt like a 'child in a sweet shop' - spoilt for choice (but in a good way), and after intuitively selecting a personalized gem and flower essence, I am enjoying the results they bring! The essences arrived in no time too - super fast delivery! For the first day upon takling the essence i could feel it working, and I felt lovely and quite powerfully warm. I highly recommend healthlines, and will definately be using them again!!!

Great and lovely.

Excellent service.
I always use Healthlines to buy flower essences and have ordered from their website many times. All orders have been fulfilled correctly and efficiently. I have found that every item I have ordered has been in stock (unlike some online shops) and dispatched quickly with good packaging. Their website is easy to use. Highly recommended.

I love Healthlines
I am a lastminute.com person and always amazed at the efficient website and rapid delivery system in place. If you need to call up, everyone is happy, helpful and a joy to do business with.
little tiny improvement - have to back track on website to order more than one of same item (I regularly buy for 2 daughters), so it would be great to be able to click on Abundance 3 times and have it go through to basket. However, everything else is so wonderful, this is truly a minor thing. Thank you all at Healthlines.

Fastest most reliable alternative health service!
Excellent service and excellent range of products. As an alternative health practioner I know I can rely on Adam and Angie to get my products to me asap. They offer friendly, personal service and I have dealt with them by phone too and you couldn't talk to nicer more helpful people, whatever your query - so different from talking to a machine!!! Products are well packaged to protect them in transit and are at your door within a couple of days. I can highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

very fast service
I needed the alaskan essence urgently for a gift and was impressed by the fast service.
However, I live outside the UK and should not have charged VAT.

Hi Angela, thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are quite right, of course, the Chanel Islands are exempt from UK VAT. I have spent the afternoon trying to find a way around this problem but have been unable to change our ecommerce solution to take account of this. I have, however, refunded you the VAT and will continue to see if I can find a long term solution. I hope that's OK.
