I ordered my items at 3.45pm YESTERDAY and they arrived TODAY at 12.45pm, that's not even 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!! And what's amazing is we're at oppisite ends of the UK, i'm in the Shetland Isles and you are in Jersey. It takes me 14 hours on an overnight boat just to get to Aberdeen?????

I normally order my Krill oil from the US, but the price from Healthspark was very good so thought I would try them.

From the moment I placed my order I was very impressed with the emails keeping me informed of my orders progress.

Delivery was fast.

I order a lot of supplements, have done for years and this is the 1st company I have ever sent an email to saying how impressed I was with the service.

The only other company, (supplements or otherwise), I have been this impressed with is LEF from the US.

Items missing

My initial order was acknowledged but unfortunately when I received it there was an item missing. I did contact the company who said they would re-send it. This they duly did by recorded delivery but due to me being at work, I had to collect the item personally from the post office.

Change of heart

I did put a rating on of only 3 stars because of a dissapointment regarding a voucher for £5.00 off my next order which i said i did not get,i have now checked my bank statement and i did get the reduction but the invoice did not reflect it since then healthspark have sent me a bottle of suppliments free of charge, i have now given them a 5 star rating, and i feel they they are so deserving of 5 stars i did not expect that at all, i will so reorder off them and Thankyou healthspark.

i have been waiting for my order from last 16 daya i have been given no explanation and money has been taken out of my account i would never use this site again.

Quickly delivered. My goods were not in stock so the company offered an alternative product at no extra cost to myself so I didn't have to wait until the stock was back in. Will definitely use them again.

Interested in giving good customer service

My delivery from Healthspark was delayed but they wrote and told me which was nice. Website is cluttered and search box doesnt account for common mispells but I reckon Healthspark are here to stay.

My order arrived properly packaged and no leaky capsules or home PC typed labels here.

Item not in stock & slow delivery

Ordered an item that was supposedly in stock however after I had paid for it they e-mailed me to tell me the item wasn't in stock & I'd have to wait an extra week-Had to chase up again a week later & was told the item was being despatched that day-received a few days later.

Great Company but product was not so good

The company itself are fabulous, even when my delivery went awry, they quickly sent another. However the products have not had the desired effect and have left me feeling worse than when i started them. I bought them on the recommendation of a friend who felt fabulous and lost weight on them. I tried the Acai extreme and Inner Cleanse colon and detox support. I was hoping for a slight weight loss, less bloating and more energy (wasnt expecting miracles) but having taken the whole course as directed better diet, with extra water etc feeling more bloated than ever, slight weight gain and even constipation too. I guess these are just not for me. Wil lbe seeing if I can get a refund as they were not cheap. Very efficient company and very friendly so hoping for a positive response.

I decided to use HealthSpark after reading several reviews on this site and after being highly impressed by the company's attention and responses to the reviews of less satisfied customers.

I placed my order on a Thursday evening and the package arrived the following Saturday morning. The product performs exactly as it should do! Very impressive service.

Happy n unhappy

Firstly I would like to say I am happy with the service I got from Healthspark, my order was made from Amazon but got an email from Healthspark very quickly updating me on my order progress, arrived quickly no hitch, good price.
my only problem is the product itself, it did nothing for me personally tried the Maqui Berry & Inner Cleanse pack, done the 2 litre water ect, weights twice a week cycling 1-2 times a week, no weight change no loss of any kind, left feeling bloated n Constipated not what I was hoping for.
worth a try maybe not for everyone

Follow-up & Delivery

First time I visited the site and ordered one product online. Follow-up action was excellent; I was kept notified during the 3-day period to delivery of item.

Now, I wait to see the results of consuming the acai product. Three days of taking the capsules have passed and while I'm generally energetic, I can feel this 'enhanced' energy. If I can lose weight on this, I'll be over the moon. There's been a 0.3lb loss in the last day.

Will return to order more if positive results are achieved.
