We couldn't have asked for more or better !!!

I arranged the entertainment for my friend's hen weekend in Edinburgh through Hen Heaven and I can honestly say it was amazing ! I generally dealt with Matt & Victoria who were wonderful but anyone I had contact with was great - nothing was too much trouble and they were very flexible when fitting my plans in around the various activities that I was booking. On the day everything ran perfectly smoothly - the can can class was brilliant - all 15 of us loved it...even those who didn't participate said that they had a ball watching us ! The Party bus was great and it really made for a fun and hassle-free night. And to top it off, Joe, our Butler in the Buff was an absolute star !! He not only looked the part (and the bride's mother has many photos to prove it !!), but he was game for a laugh, polite, courteous, well mannered, good enough to bring home to your mum !!!
All in all we had an amazing hen weekend - mainly due to Hen Heaven's superb organisational skills and fantastic activities and all for a very reasonable price!
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a hen party. 10/10 !!

Would use again

Recently returned from my daughter's hen weekend. We had such a brilliant time. We did two activites so we were very busy but everything went to plan and everyone had a really good time. We would definitely use Hen Heaven again.

A fabulous fun filled weekend in London

Right from the start Hen Heaven made everything very easy. Any queries that I had leading up to the weekend were quickly answered and helpful advice was given. We stayed in a fabulous 5* hotel and enjoyed the luxury of spa treatments, spa facilities, champagne and afternoon tea, in wonderful surroundings. All aspects of the weekend exceeded our expectations and the whole party had a fantastic time. I would definitely use this company again if I am lucky enough to organise another hen do and will be strongly recommending them to my friends.

Made the booking process so easy

I recently organised my sisters hen - for 30ish hens!!!! I was filled with dread, but the ladies I dealt with at hen heaven made the prospect of herding cats really easy.... The payment tracker helped immensely.
The hotel was great and a lovely hen do was had by all....

Absolutely Fantabulous Marbs weekend

My daughter decided that I would be the best person to organise her hen do, which immediately filled me with dread, I mean, what was dear ol' mum going to do for a 24 year old bride to be and 16 of her closest friends and family. Hen Heaven was the first name to appear in the search engine and after perusing the website I decided to give them a call. What can I say, from that first phone call I was hooked, they were friendly and informative and not at all pushy, giving me time to contact everyone to get their thoughts. Once it was agreed by all, a weekend in Marbella was organised. Hen Heaven arranged the apartments, which were amazing, a 3 course meal with wine, which was delicious, VIP area in a bar and VIP tickets to a club. The whole weekend was amazing, 17 ladies of various ages, dressed as pink ladies and the bride to be as Sandy, took Marbella by storm. Hen Heaven are truly amazing and made my daughter's hen do one she will never forget, and they will be highly recommended by myself and my group.

A weekend to remember

Set with the hard task of organising my sisters hen weekend whilst living over 4 hours away from each other was never going to be an easy task! Hen heaven took away all the stress and worry I had. Everything was organised for me from the hotel, restaurants right down to the club entry! All we had to do was turn up, relax and enjoy!!!!!

I knew i had to make my little sisters hen a fab one. but with 22 friends to organize i was feeling the pressure. Then i found Henheaven, right from the start it was just easy, i made my choices paid mine and my sisters money then emailed the other 20 girls the link and that was that. I had reminder mobile texts near the pay deadline so noone could forget to pay, then when all paid up i was emailed venues, times and further details of our weekend away.
The classes we booked were fab, the cocktail making and the nude life drawing (soooooooo funny)
My sister had a wicked weeked and all her mates thought it was the best, some future hens have already said they will def use Henheaven when their time comes.

Heavenly Hen Do Help

I was absolutely terrified about booking my cousin's hen do as I am useless at organisation and timekeeping-however, as soon as I got in touch with Hen Heaven it was as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders!!
The customer service is second to none; I really felt like they cared and it was a great relief to have help with organising the weekend.
I had already booked accommodation but I was offered options for places to stay as well as the activities I wanted to include in our weekend-it was good to know that everything could be taken care of.
As for the activities I booked through Hen Heaven, they were easy to find and fitted in exactly with what I wanted to do. The prices for the activities (we chose surfing and burlesque lessons) were very reasonable and well within our budget, and were soooo much fun!!
The payment scheme and page for the girls to log in and sort their payments was easy to use and very convenient (plus it meant I didn't have to fork out for everything upfront!)
On the whole, I would thoroughly recommend Hen Heaven as an easy and stress free way to sort out all the details for a happy hen do.

Excellent company providing a fantastic service

I have used Hen Heaven to organise my sisters hen party and it was a smash! The sales consultant provided relevant and suitable activities and accommodation for our package which suited us perfectly. The easy payment system meant that we weren't chasing people for money and dealing with hotels, restaurants and activity providers separately. Everything was arranged in advance so the organisers could enjoy the party too. I would definitely recommend Hen Heaven to others.

Easy, stress free, helpful service

We had an amazing weekend in Marbella after selecting the only way is Marbs package with hen heaven. It was well organised and everything we expected and more. If we had any issues, such as adding more people after the deadline had gone, they were happy to help and accommodate our needs as best as they could.
The weekend itself ran smoothly thanks to all of the people/companies in Marbella knowing exactly who we were and what we were doing.
All in all, using hen heaven made planning a hen so simple and easy. No stress about collecting money from people or worrying about how much money to take for the weekend. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them to plan another hen for next year!

Excellent weekend!

As there are many hen weekend organisers based online, at first I didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve heard a few bad stories however I’m very glad that we chose Hen Heaven as they had so many options to choose from and the people in the office were a great help when choosing what was right for us.
A Website was set up for everyone to pay via and everything was pretty straight forward.
I couldn’t fault anything with the weekend at all.... one of the best Parties we have ever had!

A big thank you to hen heaven for all your help with our hen booking to London. We had a fab time - it all ran very smoothly over the weekend. It was much easier having Hen Heaven to organise the weekend, collect the payments and make all the bookings on our behalf. Great value for money, especially at a 5 star hotel in central London. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Hen Heaven to all my friends.

We had a fantastic time, but just b aware that some clubs and pubs do not not hen party's in with accessories on, but other than that we had a fab time x

FUN, EASY, HELPFUL!!

I have just had my hen do in Cardiff which was the best weekend of my life. (well until the wedding!!)
I am so glad I booked through Hen Heaven. I choose the cocktail making package and two nights in cardiff. I didnt want to do two nights out heavy partying (not as hardcore as i used to be) so Hen Heaven arranged for us to have a meal on the Friday evening instead.
The hotel, resturant, club, and activity was right uo my street.... it was like Hen Heaven knew my likes!!
I would definatly use Hen Heaven again and would recommend them. The were very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. (I did send a few emails as well!!)
Thank you for a lovely hen party. My 'chicks' have all said how they had an amazing weekend (especially the alcohol at the cocktail making!)

Incredibly helpful customer service, would most definitely recommend!

I have recently dealt with Hen Heaven and can safely say that they have some of the most helpful people I have encountered in quite some time! I have specifically been dealing with Owen and he has been so incredibly helpful, any question I put forwards to him would not only get answered fully with extra information but he would get back to me in at least 20mins...Fantastic!

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to organise a hen do and wants it to be a stress free experience. Brilliant service that cannot be faulted!

Brilliant value for money!

I was given the task of organising the hen do and hadn't got a clue where to start. Search engines brought up a myriad of choices, and just by luck plumped for Hen Heaven. I had no idea what to expect. The organisation seemed so simple, and when I got in a panic and 'phoned Hen Heaven the customer service couldn't have been better. The hotel was so good it was such a relief, right by Tower Bridge and as good as the write-up said it would be. Ruby Blue night-club in Leicester Square wasn't really my cup of tea, and our table was in a side room away from the piano bar and general hubbub, but as far as night clubs go, I guess it was OK. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the whole 'Hen' experience, it wasn't as daunting organising it as I had first thought.

Hen Heaven - a pleasure from start to finish

Our whole experience with Hen Heaven has been amazing. The booking process was easy, with excellent advice and help from Aidan our event co-ordinator in choosing a location and finding a package suitable for our budget. After the initial booking the customer service continued to be first class with speedy replies to any questions I had and even adjusting the package for 2 of the party who were unable to stay for all activities.

I also love that Hen Heaven handles all transactions from individual members of the party online – which takes away the stress and hassle of trying to collect the money myself.

The value for money was outstanding – everyone was so impressed with what was included and what we received during the activities for what we paid! The weekend itself went so smoothly… we felt like royalty when we arrived for our reservations at our chosen activities, which were great fun and great value. We all had such a fantastic time and the Hen was delighted – the only down side is I feel slightly guilty that people keep thanking me and congratulating me on organising such a great weekend when it was Hen Heaven that did all the work for me!

I will DEFINITELY recommend Hen Heaven to anyone I know organising a hen, in fact I believe one of the girls from our party has already booked through Hen Heaven for another one of her friends just because the whole process prior to our weekend away was so easy!

A fantastic night had by all.

I've booked a hen night through a company before and wasn't verly pleased with the outcome of the night so was a little apprehensive at 1st about booking through a company again but due to the limited time I had to book s'thing as it was pretty last minute I decided to investigate a little. Originally when I put my options into the boxes at the beginning I went all out to see what the prices would end up at, it was a little expensive but after speaking with Mike Agar (??) a consultant with Hen Heaven who was extremely helpful, we managed to get it to a price I thought people could afford and would still hopefully be a great night out. Unfortunately our Hen who is Australian was stuck in OZ due to visa problems and some of the guests decided not to come, but 3 of us went along and made the best of it. So Manchester here we came.....In the afternoon we did a cocktail making session which was so much fun and we managed to drink enough for everyone that should've been there. We didn't know we were getting nibbles at the end of it which was an added bonus to soak up some of the alcohol. The meal and club entry in the evening was at Tiger Tiger which was fab. Tiger Tiger has 3 floors to it so altho we had to be in there before 11pm to get our free entry it didn't really matter cos it was already quite busy and we spent most of the evening in the 70's/80's section. The hotel was right in the centre of everywhere we needed to be so we saved money on taxi fares and it was very comfortable. The only downside to the evening was that in Tiger Tiger they questioned us about the 2 complimentary bottles of champagne we were to receive and also about the payment at the end, they accused us of trying to walk out without paying so I had to keep showing them the email from Hen Heaven proving that we were to get the bottles and that everything was paid for which was a little embarrassing but overall we had a great night. Like I said before I was a little apprehensive about booking through a company again but Hen Heaven made things so easy that when the hen eventually gets over here I may well be booking through them again.....

Perfect hen weekend

Hen Heaven did a great job organising my friends hen weekend. Using hen heaven was less hassle and stress for me organising is. Bournemouth was the perfect location for our hen weekend. The hotel location was close to the city centre and right on the sea front which was lovely. We went to Pizza Express on the Friday night and the choice of menu was perfect. The menu suited everyone tastes. On Saturday we did the Grease Dance experience was so so much fun. The teacher was great!!! We did cocktail making after that was so fun too. Lots of alcohol so the bride was ever so drunk but why nots its her hen weekend!! We went to the adonis cabaret show in the evening which was hen central!!! Lots of girls up for a great night and the strippers were easy on the eye lol. Overall the weekend was a great success and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definately reccomend hen heaven to anyone else planning a hen weekend!! Value for money was great and the hotels they pick are perfect and up to expectations!! 10/10 thanks hen heaven x

Fantastic weekend!!

I was slightly dreading having to organise a weekend to Liverpool for 20+ girls, but luckily I came across Hen Heaven so didn't have to! The website made it really easy to see who had paid what, as well as generally manage the booking in a really straightforward and easy way. The apartments were extremely plush, much bigger than we expected and right in the middle of the city. As part of the booking we had a dirty dancing class in the day and naked butlers in the evening, all the staff were punctual, friendly and up for a laugh and made our weekend amazing! I couldn't fault hen heaven, they were always friendly and professional and feel it was excellent value for money, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic day out

I booked my friends joint hen party without any real issues from Hen Heaven. I inquired online for some prices and was emailed straight back with several quotes for different activities which was great. Booking was simple, and I even had phone calls from Hen Heaven asking if I wanted more time keeping the booking open. The only issues I had was making payments online. I had to give everybody my log in and password details so they could pay through my account and when I had issues paying online I called customer services who were very reluctant to take payments by phone. Anyway got that all sorted. Had itinery emailed over which looked fab. Turned up to each place for them to know who we were and they was expecting us. Turned up to Bollywood Dancing, venue was a little strange, in the back room of a cafe but was fine and we had sole use. Cocktail making was brilliant and the revolution bar had our table all set up even though we turned up 45 mins early. We were able to sit and get our welcome drink and food. Then we went Adonis Cabaret, was supposed to be there for 7pm but turned up at 7:30 still with no issues, Both Hens got gifts and we had a brilliant day overall.

Hen Heaven Indeed !

Booking couldnt have been simpler. 15 ladies, fabulous 5 star london hotel, The Grange Tower Hotel, amazing rooms in a beautifully modern spa hotel. First night we had a 2 course meal booked which also came with a glass of free champagne at Ruby Blue Bar, food was lovely, great choice to choose from and the champagne wasn't the cheap stuff you'd expect with a freebie. Our table was booked by hen heaven at 7pm, right in the middle of happy hour, £9 for a bottle of wine in london...amazing. On our second day in london we did a cocktail making experience, so much fun and the staff made sure everyone had a fabulous time, even though we were all hungover from the previous night at Ruby Blue. All 15 hens couldnt believe all the drinks you got for free as well as a selection of "nibbles" I say "nibbles" really was more like a full meal, non of the hens went for an evening meal after. Back to the hotel for a quick shower and change, and out again. To Tiger Tiger for our vip booth package. Again more free drinks and a table full of "nibbles" staff couldnt have been more helpfull. I went to the bar to buy a bottle of champagne for the hen, the club manager himself brought it over in a ice bucket full of sparklers and said "This is on the house girls" it was £100 of champagne and we got it for free !! Now im not at all saying that you will get a free bottle of champagne in TigerTiger too, perhaps the manager was in a particularly good mood, prehaps it was because on arrival to TigerTiger we were given a booth that could barely seat 5 people when there was 15 of us, the champagne was probably to say sorry for the mix up. But who cares... we got moved straight away to a bigger booth area and got free champs. For the money paid, the weekend was absolutly fantastin. £208 per hen, the way i looked at it was £208 for 2 nights in a 5star hotel and everything else was free. Will definitely use hen heaven again, without a doubt. !

Fantasic memories and an amazing experience!

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to HenHeaven! The hotel was fantastic with outstanding spa facilities and breakfast. Our package also consisted of a 2 course evening meal with a drink followed by a cocktail course which was brilliant. All of my hens thoroughly enjoyed the experience (all that they can remember anyway!)
I would definitely recommend HenHeaven, in fact my cousin who came on my hen doo is booking her hen weekend with HenHeaven.

Very organised and helpful!

I found the company very helpful in organising my sisters hen do. After cross costing a lot of the activities, we found that the savings were very good by using Hen Heaven and that they had thought of activities that we found really enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Professional, helpful company. Would recommend.

This was my second time using Hen heaven and this experience was as hassle free as the first. The company offers a good range of activities at reasonable prices. The website is very easy to use and any queries are answered quickly. Each hen on the party is able to pay individually using the secure website so there is no hassle gathering money in from everyone. Our flight over to the hen party was delayed by a couple of hours but using the emerency phone number supplied by hen heaven I was able to get in touch with a rep who kindly pushed back the time of our activity by two hours with no extra cost.

Rubbish

Do not use this company they change all the venues and arrangements before the day into less superior ones and do not offer any compensation.

Fantastic, hassle free, super value, weekend!

The hen weekend was fantastic! We went to Newcastle and stayed in the Holiday Inn express metro - a bit further out than the city centre, but we got free bubbly and a free taxi for the group into town. The Friday night entertainment was at a comedy club, this included a two course meal - great value for money as there was even steak on the menu!!! The night included free entry into the club next to the comedy club - we stayed there and partied all night, with much fun had by all!!! The Saturday was spent at the Hilton hotel for a spa day, much needed as we were all feeling worse for wear! We then got our glad rags back on for a cocktail making evening at Revolutions; again this included a great two course meal! The evening was such fun and we had soooo much free booze! The weekend was easy to book and involved little hassle with payments, etc! I would recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic day - stress free!

There were 14 of us on the hen day and the most important person The Bride had a great time. It was easy to book and my emails were answered fairly quickly. We booked the Bollywood experience and Cocktail Making experience both were great fun but the cocktail making was the best as everyone got involved and we had loads of drinks and the food platters were brilliant. We then had dinner and club entry which was at the centre of Leicester Square and our hotel was lovely. All in all great value for money and a memorable day.

Paid for Free nightclub entry!

The booking was okay i guess, despite being promised £50 off if i booked before a certain date and then never materialising once booked! The activities (its a knockout) and the nightclub were okay other than the fact we were strictly informed to be at club before 10pm for the guestlist entry and VIP (as paid for), so we left the restaurant/bar in a rush to ensure we got there in time. We got there at about 9.50pm only to be find no queue and the club not opening until 10pm, so we hung around like a load of desparados!
Eventually we went in, didnt even ask for party name, as they werent expecting us, i enquired about booking a table as i noticed some had been reserved, to which the manager explained that she didn't know what had been promised by hen heaven, but it was extra for a table reservation and she didn't have any available, so instead gave us a wristband each for an exclusive part of the club - whcih she , didn't have to do.
We sorted out surfing as an extra activity external to Hen Heaven and glad i did, as it was only the activity organisers that seemed to do anything right! Very much doubt i would Hen Heaven again, would rather source activities myself without the expensive overheads that Hen Heaven do

Great hen do. Stressful planning

The actual hen do itself was amazing. Everything went according to plan. But the planning of it was so stressful. Everytime I required a call back I was not called back until I chased it upwards of 5 times.
I didn't received my pack until 2 days before I travelled. The planning was just so stressful but as I mentioned tha actual booking was great. No issues at all.

Very poor customer service

Quick and easy booking which appealed to us. However the gentlemen who booked it told us a huge pack of lies and a month before the hen weekend we were being asked for additional money which we weren't meant to be paying. Rude staff calling in a daily basis. Then calling the next week with another problem. Told us there was lots of parking at the apartment only to arrive and find NONE and had to park 4 cars at £10 a night plus £5 per day so for each car cost £35 to park for the weekend. Events were fantastic but this can not be credited to hen heaven but the companies themselves. Informed them of my disappointment and they could not have cared less. Overall I would NEVER EVER recommend hen heaven to anyone and have stopped 3 friends from booking with the company due to the poor service we received who have in turn told others not to use hen OR stag heaven.

Fab weekend in Cardiff

Hen Heaven was really helpful in choosing ang organising our hen weekend. The hotel was perfect location, central Cardiff right next to train station.
The town was walking distance 5 mins from the shopping in day and clubs in the evening.
Tiger Tiger was a great venue, food was good then the club upstairs.
Overall was great weekend, would reccomend.

God awful service, totally disappointed

The staff in bookings were very good, I was sooooo excited about the weekend. However you are very quickly handed over to another team that deals with the finer details...........downhill fast. Several mistakes on the actual weekend leaving me angry, disappointed and upset. The activities were not confirmed properly dispite several communications from-me to the company prior to departure, the nightclubs we were sent to were terrible, we were told we were on guest lists with free entry, what a joke. These clubs did not have ques, or guest list and you would never have paid to go in. Do not trust this company to organise your best friends hen!!

Dissapointment!! Would not recommend Hen Heaven

The experience was a let down from start to finish. After paying deposits I enquired regarding adding an extra person to the booking only to be ignored by phone and email. When I eventually got through to Hen Heaven I was told the extra person would have to pay an extra £100 on top of original price and pay within the hour even though I had been chasing them for weeks!! On my hen party we arrived at the hotel to be told we had to wait an hour as check in was from 3pm, I explained that on our hen heaven itinerary it was 2pm and they said this was incorrect! On our arrival at the recording studio we were met by the rep who was very disorganised, late, didn't have the words to the songs and said we should have taken them!! The studio was in a dark, damp basement with a leaking toilet, with a dangerous staircase to get to the studio, nothing like the studio on the website!! We were supposed to be there for 3 hours and after 1 hour were rushed out, having to then sit on a street corner until our coach arrived to pick us back up! On a good note the hotel we stayed jn was great, central and breakfast was lovely. The recording cd's were supposed to arrive in time for my wedding and after weeks of chasing the songs had to be emailed to me as they couldn't get them done in time. I did complain after the hen party however after taking weeks to respond to my emails I received a rather rude response back stating they are sorry I had a bad experience however there is nothing they can do now! An apology would have been nice, you only get one hen party and my friends and I paid a substantial amount for the weekend. All in all the experience was a shambles and I am only sorry my friends had to part with their money for this as we went with hen heaven to ensure it would be organised!

Poor customer service! Poor Communication

I was smelling a rat from after a couple of months of booking when they asked for £100 single supplement as we landed on an odd number. No one told me that on booking.

We went to Bath lovely city, found out our spa slot was 4.30pm. So late in the day and no way of changing it. So we had to go straight out with bag of stuff and we were so red, hot and sweaty from getting ready in a boiling hot busy changing room.

We had no hot water for all our stay. Upon complaining we were told by the Hotel we would get a free refund for our accomodation. After months we only got one night's worth. When I spoke to Hen Heaven it was take it up with Hotel, when we spoke to Hotel it was take it up with hen Heaven as to why we only received half our amount.

Took months to deal with. Only got a letter last week, Decemeber saying they will not be refunding the other nights stay. The Hen was in August!

Avoid and sort yourself people! Will never use or recommend again!
