Me and my wife have stayed at the doubletree at least a dozen times in the past few years, we've ran several events there, and have a monthly event. The staff has always been very helpful, they even helped me recover a lost Ipad that I left in the room. I enjoy every stay I make here and plan to stay many more times, in fact I think I have reservations there in the new future.
We will not return to this hotel. Our room was not cleaned and the desk staff not friendly or helpful. The bell boy broke our bottle of wine and was very rude. I have travelled extensively and have never been in a room where the room has not been vacuumed or the trash removed.
We're at the Hilton Midtown NY. Six night stay for a large tech conference. The room is nice, and it's comfortable. When we arrived the lady behind the desk said that we were "late" check ins. It wasn't even 9:30pm. Then she tried to say our room was gone and put us in something smaller. When my husband started getting annoyed she managed to find it finally. Imagine that. Thank you Darlene for starting our stay off with attitude. There's no coffee pot in the room, no fridge, no microwave. Even the cheapest hotels in the middle of Arkansas have these amenities! At almost $500 a night, what's up with that? We had to "rent" a microwave for $35 for the length of our stay. Seriously the worst part is not having a coffeepot! No, I do not want to pay the $15 minimum to order coffee from room service. No, I do not want to get up first thing in the morning, and walk across the street to Starbucks. Utterly ridiculous. Very disappointed.
Stayed on the executive floor. Views awesome.Breakfast Food in the executive lounge over the top: bacon sausage bagels and breads eggs and lots of fruit and other foods plus any type of coffee you could imagine. Yummy.
The bar is so cozy and warm and inviting .
Check in is extremely friendly and helpful.
We only felt positives in all areas. They know how to make you feel good.
Love it there and will return !!!

I was a guest of this hotel September 11 and 12th. Have not commented until this date as I was awaiting to hear from the hotel direct inquiring as to my stay. Have not received anything. It cost me 80,000 HH points per night. Had the following concerns.
Upon registering the front desk couldn't fine me reservation.
Ordered a cheese platter for the room at time of booking. It was in the room refrigerator cheese crackers and all .
One of the sinks in the bathroom was 99 % clogged.
The room was never cleaned
This is not a 4 diamond hotel and I plan to advise AAA they might want to evaluate their award program as this Hilton falls far short of the mark. I have had the privilege of staying in Hampton Inns that would put this Hilton to shame. What a waste of 160,000 points.
I called (909) 889-0133 trying to make reservations. Burnette answered my call, speaks broken English and does not understand English when I asked her to page the GM; she transferred me to an answering machine. I called back, Burnette did not transfer me to the GM, but to Kasy, another horrific clerical staff who heatedly argued with me and then slammed her phone to disconnect my call. I called back, Victor talked over me, and then Lori (front desk mgr) who refused to listen to the abusive service that I just experienced at Hilton. She slammed her phone to hung up on me. I called Hilton Worldwide Headquarters and am quite shocked to be treated the same hostility by C. Dominguez and M. Layfield of the guess assistants. These workers are full of hate that represents Hilton is quite appalling! My family, friends and I would not spend a dime at this outrageous and hostile place. Strongly NOT recommend this place to anyone!
I not only have the pleasure of working for Hilton Worldwide as a Corporate Team Member, but I am also a loyal Hilton customer. Even before I started working for the company, I can't remember any single stay I have experienced at a Hilton property that didn't live up to my expectations and customer service level standards. I will continue to support the Hilton branded properties due to my positive experiences over many years, and look forward to visiting many more of them in the future.
I'm an employee of Hilton Worldwide and am very happy to be working for one of my favorite hotel chains. We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown Fort Worth and had an amazing time. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were huge and just really clean and well-kept. It was incredibly comfortable and had great views of downtown. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Sundance Square and you can walk to restaurants and shops nearby so it's very convenient if you're traveling without a car. They also give you free cocktails in the evening at their manager's reception and then in the morning, you get a complimentary breakfast too. Whatever you do, don't skip the omelette bar. These guys know how to cook an egg.
The staff at The Embassy Suites Ft Worth did a phenomenal job caring for our comfort, anticipating needs and ready with a genuine smile. Even one of my family member turned to me in the elevator and commented, 'wow, they were refreshingly nice!' I would recommend staying at this hotel for their customer service alone. Added bonus that it is located in the middle of downtown and an easy walk to Sundance Square and Bass Hall and all the great restaurants and fun spots. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well stocked.
First, full disclosure, I'm a Hilton employee at a different location. But my review would be the same even if I weren't -- it's a new hotel with striking contemporary decor (love the lobby especially). The room was great, and we especially loved the breakfast each morning (it's not free, but it's not expensive either and well worth it). The strawberry pancakes were beyond amazing; you must try them! Also the hotel is directly across from the Salomon Center where you can do indoor skydiving, indoor rock climbing, indoor surf/body boarding, and there's an arcade as well as a multiplex theater. Plus there are at least a dozen restaurants around, and so everything's within walking distance. Perfect for families!
We were visiting Granbury for our son's Regional Track meet, and chose the Hilton Garden Inn Granbury to stay overnight. We were greeted at the front desk with a smile, and recognized as a HHonors member, and team member - that was a very nice touch. The General Manager personally greeted us, and welcomed us to Granbury. Our rooms were clean, and the sleep system beds were very nice. This hotel has a great view of the lake, and a nice boardwalk around the hotel - my husband and I enjoyed a morning walk, looking out over the water. The breakfast was truly one of the best we've experienced. The chef was amazing - we enjoyed fresh pastries, and yummy eggs benedict. I would come back to this hotel just for the food! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Granbury area.
I recently stayed at Hilton in Fort Worth downtown, and very much enjoyed the hotel. Lobby service was fast, and they were serving icy water with fresh lemon, cucumber, and strawberries on a hot summer day. I loved the historic feel of the building as well as its location being next to many restaurants and scenes. Will definitely stay at this Hilton when I'm back in town!
The rooms are clean, service is great and booking a reservations couldn't be easier.
Whenever I travel, I am always on the look out to stay at a for a Hilton property. I've never had a bad experience at a Hilton property and am always impressed with their hospitality and cleanliness. As a Hilton Honors member, I've encountered exceptional customer service when making a reservation, during my stay, and after checking out. Hilton all the way!!
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth. The quality of service and facilities was superb! Not only were the rooms clean and aesthetically pleasing, but the staff was warm and welcoming.
In addition, the fitness facilities were well equipped, clean and not crowded. There is even a pool for the family to swim in!
Whether traveling for business or pleasure I would stay there again.
The first time I stayed a Hilton was the first time I went to Disneyland. I was so wowed by the place and service, that I was just as excited to go to my hotel. So now every time I associate memories with my first trip to Disneyland, Hilton is always a HUGE part. I try to stay at Hilton's whenever I can because of that.
I really like all of the Hilton brands, and stay at them as often as I can. Almost all of the properties I have been to are nice, but the staff always seems to be really helpful and go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I also really like their HHonors program - it gets me lots of freebies.
My husband and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria during our visit to NYC in April. Being a new Hilton employee, I was very eager to stay at this beautiful, historic property. The food was fantastic and we received amazing customer service. I have always enjoyed all of my stays at Hilton properties over the years and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I recently stayed at an Embassy Suites in Tampa and received phenomenal customer service, clean room and complimentary hot breakfast. I've never had a problem with any of my stays and I would highly recommend any of their brands to my friends and family.
Note - I'm currently employed by Hilton Worldwide. All opinions are 100% my own.
Hilton has a great variety of hotel options. I have been an HHonors member since 1997 and stayed at Hiltons and Doubletrees for work and now I always look for a Homewood Suites or Embassy Suites when traveling with my family. The quality is always consistent and reliable and I know we're going to have a great stay. Plus, we love our HHonors points!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the properties and booked my stay online. After extensive research I was not only able to find the right hotel at the right price but I was also able to book with ease and confidence that I was getting the best rate. Overall a very positive and smooth experience.
High Hilton standards in all hotels and brands. Me and my family have stayed at Hamptons, DoubleTrees, Hilton hotels and resorts and always have been treated like family. Hilton doesn't disappoint. Clean guest rooms, great amenities, comfortable beds and good food in the hotel restaurants. I always recommend Hilton when a friend or family member is traveling.
I recently stayed at the Hilton downtown Seattle. Great service and probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! The staff was very friendly and recommended a few amazing places to eat. I have stayed at the Hilton several times, and every time I do I feel like I am not just another customer. The staff works hard to make customers feel welcomed.
The first Hilton I ever stayed in was in Galveston, Texas on a family vacation and I remember being blown away by the rooms and the swimming pool! Staying at a Hilton has a similar effect as going to a theme park; you just get swept away by the whole experience. Twenty years later they are still blowing me away with their continued excellence. Thank you for all the wonderful years, Hilton!
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn just outside downtown Ft. Worth for a week for business. Everyone was extremely friendly any time of day I was there. It's a newer hotel and was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet. I'd definitely stay there again!
Have had good experiences with Hilton's customer service with short term rescheduling changes due to last-minute business changes. Can't say the same for their competitors. The travel department for my company stopped using anyone else unless there is no Hilton.
It's so refreshing to share that I have nothing to complain about after staying with Hilton! It rare to find a resort that meets and even exceeds your expectations at every opportunity....I highly recommend you stay at a Hilton property. Karen Triplett
I have stayed at Hiltons all over the place and I have always had a great experience! I have also stayed in a handfull of Doubletree's (which I think are Hiltons) and they are even better! The warm cookies are the best!! I always look for Hiltons first when booking my business trips, and will go out of the way to stay at one. Marriott's are hit or miss...Hiltons are always good.
