Ordered something from hitari.co.uk and still hadn't received it ten days later nor had I received the email confirming it'd been shipped like they promised, so after emailing them three times and finally getting a response, they told me the item was out of stock and offered me an exchange or a refund if I phoned in (even though you can only phone in between 10am-3pm when i and most people are at work) so thats my boyfriends christmas present and thirty quid down the drain. appalled by the way they handled it, taking so long to tell me.
I actually paid for next day delivery despite advertising it for free on their website. Even though I had even paid for next day delivery and ordered in the early morning, i found that it has not even left their stock room until 2 days later.
I requested a refund for the £4.99 delivery charge I had incured but was contiuously refused. I was told it was "out of their control" and that Hitari would not take responsability.
I was very disappointed with the late delivery as it was a gift for someone. But I was more disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer.
A very horrible experience and extremely poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Bought my nephew Turtle Beach DX11 headset. They were the cheapest by far. Also excellent communication in emails telling me receipt of payment and dispatch. Very impressed that I got an email with a 1hr time window of delivery and it came exactly in that time. Couldnt ask for better service.
I bought a Wii and associated accessories from this trader. Everything went smoothly with a single glitch that a couple of days after my purchase (when I was eagerly awaiting my item) I was informed that they dont have the item in stock at that point and are expecting it within a couple of days. Not a major problem as such but we had already invited a few kids over the weekend to play together Wii games etc. The trader assured us that it will reach us by the weekend and good news is that it did and we had a much funfilled time.
So yes, overall I am satisfied with the transaction that I did with Hitari Trade.
Product was clearly described and reasonably priced. Communication was superb and I knew exactly where and when to expect the items. When the items arrived they were well packed and exactly as described.

We ordered the Wii Fit Console and Package off e-bay. Had a couple of questions to ask which were answered immediately. The items was despatched very quickly as well. Item was packaged really well and we are really pleased with the product. Use it everyday. Would highly recommend Hitari. We also then went on to purchase another Wii package for my sister.

The price was right and we were Emailed next day to say that goods were on their way. Unfortunately they were sent via DPD delivery service who failed to keep three delivery arrangements and finally took a week to deliver to us.
I needed to find this particular game quickly, I found it at several different places, the best place I came across was Hitari Trade I was pleased that the price was cheaper than anywhere else, so I went ahead and purchased the game. The transaction went smoothly and the game was delivered really quickly, perfectly packed and in excellent condition. I will probably use them again in the future. Highly recommended.
