Customer Satisfaction - Nil
Salesman typically nice and welcoming however I bought their RAC Maintenance and Asset cover Insurance – total £600. Cancelled within the 30 day cool off period. Waters-AutoPlanet Southampton have received a credit note to this amount from RAC but now they do NOT answer any calls and are saying that one of the Insurances is NONE refundable!!! Nonsense!
Trust has now been lost – so much for their “We believe in a 'customer for life.” I lasted 4 weeks.
I see a long battle whilst they earn interest on my money.

Ifyou have a px don't visit these rip off merchants
Visited the Maidstone branch of autoplanet and the experience has shown me what they are really like. Gave them the maximum price I was willing to pay, they ignored it and kept showing me cars that were as much as 25% more. Beware of the screen price as when they have added all the 'extras' this added almost £1500 to the price of a £9400 car!. Now comes the worst part, the px offer, was given a price for my car that was only 35% of the book trade price, what an insult. But they don't actually give you this information till near the end. What a disgraceful operation this is. BEWARE of this company.
